Very unique room appointments . Great fitness center. Corridors spacious and roomy. Quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice hotel although i didn’t get to go on the balcony everybody there is really nice really helpful really caring and also they have a breakfast place but it’s kind of like bar food and it’s really nice like really chill

VERY NICE!

My flight was delayed and I called ahead to the front desk of the Aliz to say I would be 24hours late. The front desk said it was noted in the file and that would be no problem. On arrival, I was informed I had been charged for a no show and my room given away. There were no rooms left at a rate I could afford and the hotel would not match the rate I had originally booked at. I ultimately had to take a car to a hotel 30 minutes away. There was zero willingness to help in a situation that was entirely caused by their staff and policy. Never again.

I was thoroughly impressed by my overall experience at this hotel. Conveniently located in downtown Memphis, it's within walking distance to Beale Street. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It offers great value for money, being affordable without compromising comfort or service. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Accessibility is a standout feature, with thoughtful design elements like ramps, elevators, and accessible room options that ensure comfort for all guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning city view from the room’s large windows—watching the skyline at sunrise and sunset was truly memorable. The hotel occasionally opens a rooftop bar, adding an extra layer of charm to the experience. The built-in bar and restaurant were convenient and enjoyable, though it’s worth noting that there’s no complimentary breakfast. Overall, this hotel delivers on cleanliness, affordability, accessibility, and location—I highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Memphis.

Valet Services and cleanliness of the property ~ Excellent. Check-in is at 3PM. The room was not ready until 4:19 PM. I was waiting in the lobby until it was available. This was extremely inconvenient. There is only 1 working elevator in the hotel. The restaurant onsite advertised is actually just a bar.

Aloft Memphis Downtown is a stylish, modern hotel in a prime location—just steps from Beale Street and top attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with fun, colorful decor. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby bar had a great vibe. Some city noise at night, but nothing unexpected for downtown. A perfect spot for a comfortable and convenient stay in Memphis! Will stay again here with my family

Loved the modern vibe and friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Perfect location—just a short walk to Beale Street and great food spots. The bar and 24/7 snack options were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Bed bugs

I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.
