Need to have USB Ports for recharging cell phones next to bed . Bed needs to be more comfortable .

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and the food was also good. Loved the place! Staff were also very helpful.

I was not greeted by the employee working the desk. Once my reservation was confirmed, the woman at the desk started the check in process. However, after 5 minutes of silently clicking on her computer, I jokingly asked “is your computer running slowly today?” She snapped back at me, saying something along the lines of “ it doesn’t just magically happen, I have to route it through other sites.” The tone of her response was so aggressive that I raised my hands in a gesture of understanding and decided to remain quiet. Unfortunately the situation didn’t improve. After waiting FIFTEEN more minutes, she called someone on the phone to help her. Throughout the entire time, she didn’t acknowledge me, explain that there was a problem with the check in process, or offer an apology for the delay. When she finally completed the process, she mentioned details like breakfast and the elevators, but there was no apology for the long wait or the poor customer service. This experience really soured me on Avid hotels. We have stayed at Avid in other locations, and had positive experiences. I will likely pass them by in the future.

Very affordable prices. Not much in the area and the staff are decently nice.

Not as luxurious or spacious as higher priced properties, but it seems brand new. This "elderly" couple appreciated the walk-in shower. This is perfect for a one- or two-night stay.

The front desk assistant was very kind and accommodating for our big group! It was a pleasant experience and a very clean and nice hotel!

I like the convenience and the staff. AVID rooms are clean. The pool is nice. Sadly, there is always trash in the parking lot. A daily staff walk thru would tidy up the property and help the curb appeal. A storm in summer 2024 took out the internet. All has been repaired except adding NBC on the TV, in every room I've stayed in. I stay regularly, and each time the front desk staff states "We are waiting to have technology reset." For 10 months I have heard the same excuse. Please fix the problem!
