Stayed for a night with the family. Convenient location for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm parks. The water park is right across the street and the amusement park is about 10 minutes walking distance away.
Free parking.
Comfortable and clean. Good customer service. We would stay here again if we visit knotts Berry Farm again.

The staff was great.. location was perfect across from Knott's Berry Farm... the pool was nice and warm

This is our go to spot for trips to Knott's! They are clean and very convenient to the park as you can walk across the street. It isn't fancy but the staff is always very nice and helpful! We get the room with 2 queens and a bunk bed in a separate room.

Beds were old and felt broken. Rooms looked old and so did the rooms. Uncomfortable beds, felt like you were going to roll off. Area was dirty and low budget. Pool was nice and was only highlight of property. Sign said “new rooms” guess we got the old one. Will not stay again.

Great location and service. Great shower, tub, lotions and soaps. Pillows were awful, not a great sleep, but ok for one night. Liked the big fridge!

The rooms were spacious and the bunk beds really helped to accommodate me, with the kids. However the rooms was not very clean at all. My grandson dropped his phone off the top bunk, and when we moved to bed to retrieve it, OMG! Appears a vacuum has never been used.
