It was a good place to stay. No complaints. I'm ever grateful for my life in San Luis Obispo even though I do live in a fifth-wheel vacation trailer. This stay was fairly close to Altadena in the 3rd month after Eaton fire disaster.

Had a decent stay at Best Western Pasadena inn. There are two best westerns right across the street from each other. The room was clean. I was on the second floor and had to use noise cancelling sounds because the walkway made a noise every time someone walked across it. The bed has a metal base and it sounded like I was closing a file cabinet if I bumped into or when I turned over. The water in the shower barely got to lukewarm but it was functional. Pasadena has a decent bus system and the Metro station is nearby. I took the metro to Hollywood for a comedy show and it took an hour. The LA Metro is an adventure, you see things which would make the NYC subway blush. I did not utilize the breakfast and instead chose to visit nearby restaurants.

I stayed in the handi-cap room. Very clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were too. Breakfast room had a varity of foods to choose from. I will return again next time im in town.

Room was clean. Staff do not do daily towel changes, sheet changes due to “Covid”. You have yo call front desk and ask for those things then they will get done.
