No remote on my room but the clerk brought me one

It was a good stay, good hotel in a safe neighborhood.

From check-in, to housekeeping, the wonderful staff, the scrumptious breakfast and the breathtaking view at the pool, my stay was amazing! See you all next time!

The staff was great. The room was spacious. The floor could have been better. Maybe they did not vacuum. The smell was fresh and clean. Minor issues with the bathroom, but overall for the price this was a nice room. I would go back if I was in the area again.

Room smelled really bad, it smelled musty and moldy. There was mold on the light coverings in the room.

nothing special stood out about this particular hotel. It was OK.

Checked in late at night, was given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned (no sheets on the beds, feces left in the toilet, smelled like mildew). No pictures of that because we walked in and walked right out before the door could close behind us. Front desk person didn’t even apologize, he just said “okay” and gave a us a new room. New room was fine, however when leaving (we only stayed for one night) and checking to make sure we weren’t forgetting anything, we found a sock under one of the beds and it WAS NOT ours. Told the front desk (it was a lady this time) about everything and she was apologetic and personable.

Great place to stay. Staff was excellent

Very clean and nice environment from walking in the lobby all the way to the room. Random kind of, but I kept telling my family I loved how the hallways smelt and wondered what they used. The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt high quality. The included breakfast was top tier also. The attendant was restocking and cleaning through out the whole breakfast. My kids loved the biscuits and gravy. We ended our morning with a swim in the pool.Thankful for a comfortable experience for us all.

When I checked in on 7/17 I was given a room whose bathtub has just been resealed even though (as I was shown later) there is a list of rooms that were not to be rented out. Originally I thought that the aroma was an extension of the fragrance which was used in the lobby but as the night wore on the smell became quite noxious. When I questioned it the next morning (7/18), the person at the desk (Debbie) was AMAZING and very sympathetic and made sure that I was given a new room for that night's (7/18/) stay. I asked about any compensation for being in such a condition and for having to change rooms. She asked me to speak to the person that night. Unfortunately, the person at the desk that night was the same person who checked me in the night before. He told me to ask the person at the desk in the morning (today, 7/19). The person at the desk this morning, doing my checkout, told me he could not do anything. The rooms with the odor of the re-sealant should NEVER have been given out. Especially since there was a list. The fact that everyone seemed to be passing the buck when I asked for some kind of compensation was, to me, a stall tactic or a cover-up.

Excellent stay! Our experience at Best Western Plus Birmingham Inn & Suites was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property felt well-maintained and safe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was fast, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Definitely recommend — we felt at home. Sending hugs from Puerto Rico!

There were no laundry bag. Coffee pot was not working. Bed was uncomfortable.

The front desk got me checked in fast, and was helpful in giving my girlfriend a keycard when she arrived an hour after me. The place looked amazing and smelled very clean. The room was even better, best room I've ever stayed in. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal. Especially since they had egg whites instead of scrambled eggs!!
