Best Western Plus Marquette Hotel & Suites

Room was comfortable but you can tell the the cleaning was not very attentive as we found no less than 6 bobby pins on the floor from the previous guest (?).

Excellent stay! Everything is so spacious, from the parking lot to the room! Friendly staff as well!

Everything was great. Impressive breakfast too!

The beds were terrible to sleep on. Too hard of a mattress and too high to get into. I have long legs and I had to jump up in orderto get into bed. The mini refrigerator was not working. I went to the front desk to inform them and was told a circuit breaker may have popped. They would check into it. Nobody came to inform if it was workingand to check on the refrigerator. Apparently, it turned up on highest setting and two of my drinks in the refrigerator exploded after freezing and when I entered the room, the liquid was all over the floor in front of the refrigerator to the door. Ally came and cleaned the inside of the refrigerator and tbe floor. When I checked out, the front desk person said everyone was complaining about the beds. For the price I had to pay per night, it was not worth it. The chairs in the room also were not comfortable and having a rectangle table with plug-ins made it where I could not use it for company in my room. A round table with chairs would be better to play games or eat on. I would never stay again. The full breakfast, the exercise room and pool were great.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
