Staff I interacted with were patient and helpful when I asked questions regarding room cost and area resources. Room was clean and practical for overnight x 3 accomodations. Will certainly stay again if in the area, and would have no problem recommending to others.

The only negative thing I can say about this property is the pool was freezing! Other then that excellent service and cleanliness!

The room was extremely clean and it was very quiet. The bed was sooo comfortable and I slept well. The shower water was hot and that’s a plus for me. Towels and clothes were plentiful and clean. My ONLY complaint was the breakfast. Not a lot of options and the food was not good at all. I just ate at the local McDonalds! Other than that. I had a WONDERFUL STAY! 9/10. Would recommend!

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The breakfast offerings were good. I was looking forward to using the indoor pool, but the temperature of the water was a little too cool to enjoy it so we did not bother going down to the pool on the second day of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the hotel's problem, but the guests in the room next to us had a mini party with a bunch of kids (youth hockey team had booked rooms in the hotel) and were very loud late into the night and we had trouble getting to sleep. We thought about asking to switch rooms the next night, but they lost their games and went home. The second night was very peaceful and your beds are very comfortable so we had a great night of sleep

Excellent location on a main road..5-10 min into Saranac Lake, and 10 min to Lake Placid. Nice, clean rooms. Great staff. Pet friendly.

We had a one night stay, unfortunately the pool was cooler than I like but it is winter but we saw some kids did swim, the summer would be a blast here, not the most updated but it was a great deal for the stay with inclusions. Theres plenty to do around, breaskfast was amazing beds were clean and staff was very nice and plesent at all times. And the veiw is incredible, would definitely stay again.

The rooms are very expensive for what I got. Consider renovating the room to make them cozy and brighter. The bathroom is extremely basic for the price. Consider making an investment there. Put more love in the kitchen.
