It doesn’t look like much at first sight, but it’s very clean and organized and rooms are nice and the front desk was above and beyond on being helpful. Whole thing very squared away.

Easy access for a traveler. Very well maintained single story motel. Suites are spacious. Pleasant rural area on great Alabama road. Host delivered a fresh breakfast, thank you. Storms were building, we avoided them.

I gave stayed here several times when visiting my family and Jackson and I’m always pleased with this motel. It is very clean quiet and safe.

Incredible people manage this property. Super traveler friendly, clean, well maintained and thought out. I will be back there to stay again as i have family nearby that i visit often.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the lady at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast person didn't show up, so the morning front desk person went and got breakfast sandwiches from mcdonalds. He was extremely nice also.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived before check in time. My room was not ready. However the staff worked with me and cleaned my room. Also the person at the front desk was so kind. She even gave me a book that she had written. The only negative thing is that they only have one handicap room which was occupied. I will most definitely recommend this hotel. I will be staying again if I need to. Thank you staff! May God bless you all.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. The property is older, but the room was clean and updated.

Checked for bed bugs and none was found. So experienced a top notch place to stay at!

Stayed at the hotel in Jackson because of my husband family reuion in a city about 20 minutes away. The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking. The hotel staff was both pleasant and very helpful and informative. The rooms are located "outside" but the building was very well lighted. It was quiet. They had real breakfast, a very sweet lady that actually cooked your food to order. The room was clean and had a fresh smell. My only compliant about the room is the air conditioning unit is not in the same area as the bed, if you're hot natured, you will understand. The other issue i had was having to constantly ask for towels. We didn't have a problem getting them when we asked, we just felt like we shouldn't have had to. Our family consisted of 2 adults and we had 2 face towels and two drying towels. We stayed from Friday to Sunday. We had to ask for towels the whole time. Other than the two things mentioned, the stay was great and we would definitely stay again. 🙂🙂 Great job Best Western

Every thing was updated comfy and will stay agin

The staff was very personable, and the room was excellent. The bed was so comfortable. I inquired about the mattress for when I’m ready to change out my own. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast eggs were cooked to order. The hotel is more like a motel, but I was very impressed the moment when I opened the door by how clean and updated the room was.

I stay here frequently for work. It is always clean and the staff is amazing.

Great clerks and management.

I was not expecting such a comfortable and well run hotel in such a small town. They could have skimped on many service and still have been the best option in town but they go the extra mile.
