The stay was lovely. Service was top notch and there was not more that I could have asked for from the friendly, capable, and attentive staff. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding - the coverlet wasn't ideal and I would have preferred a comforter on the bed. Maybe that is just a personal preference, but it would have been nice to have the option to request a different blanket. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We loved our stay at Canopy! Steve was extremely kind and accommodating. Unfortunately we were not able to fully enjoy the amenities due to our schedule but will definitely plan to be back with more time. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is amazing! I’m so happy to have found this place.

Everything is good at this hotel- just replace mattresses with newer more firm ones. I was sinking in the mattress, it’s not good for your back. Also get robes. Thanks!!

Went out on the bikes most days. It was amazing views . People really friendly and welcoming.

This hotel has the worst service I've ever experienced -- particularly at the rooftop. Took forever to get a drink, and then forever to check out. Staff often ignored us.

Loved our stay here. Property and rooms are so clean and look brand new! Lots of great amenities like pool, shuttle, bikes, and rooftop bar! Area is right downtown so convenient but not on the nicest part of west palm/definitely not palm beach but right across the bridge.

Felt really unorganized. Staff are moody, things were closed and opened at weird times. There’s not enough sun lounges and even when they’re all full, cabana spaces are off limits. Expensive for a basic hotel

Hotel Review I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our room was not ready, even though we arrived early and expected it to be available by the guaranteed check-in time. When we finally got into the room, it was not clean—there was hair in the bathroom, the sink was dirty, and overall, it did not feel well-maintained. That being said, there were some positives. The pool area was nice, and the bartenders were great, making our time at the hotel more enjoyable. Despite these highlights, the overall experience was underwhelming. This did not feel like a Hilton-quality hotel, and I’m not sure why it carries the brand name. We still made the most of our trip and had a good time, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Thank you for the experience, but it needs significant improvements.
