Cape Cod Inn

it’s a great location, but the property has seen better days. small room, small bathroom, outdated carpet, one chair one desk. rumor has it it’s being replaced by new condos, but i can’t verify that.

Perfect location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, pubs etc… Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

We needed to get away for a few days because it was our wedding anniversary. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do.

Great time!! Love this place! Close by to some many restaurants and shopping. The Marine veteran and his wife are such nice people. They work hard to keep the place up and it shows. Very clean and well maintained. Second time staying and we will be back.

Several Their were people behind the building yelling and talking loudly from 10 pm-1 am impacting our ability to sleep. The motel office closed earlier and were unable to be contacted to intervene.

It was conveniently located right on Main Street in Hyannis. The free parking is great. The rooms were small, basic and clean. The only things I can complain about were the ants in the bathroom and the lack of a “do not disturb” sign so that the housekeeping wouldn’t knock to clean the room. We were sleeping and I literally had to run to the door to make sure they didn’t barge in. Besides that, it was great for relocation and price point .

The room was small and quaint but just what I needed. It was close to everything and walking distance. Plenty of restaurants it was walking distance to the Hyannis Harbor. Had a great time I would come back for sure.

I love that the hotel is so close to the main street. Walking distance to everything. However the room was full of ants.

This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. A great deal for people who don't feel like renting a car, love a deal, and are ok with some walking.

Place was right in the center of Hyannis, room and bathroom were clean. We enjoyed our stay

Great stay at the Cape Cod Inn. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and close to so many shops and restaurants. Was definitely stay here again.

The room was very basic and adequate for a one-night stay. The price was reasonable and the room was clean.

We love staying at the Cape Cod Inn. The owners are wonderful people and extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We go back every year and love it.

Room was clean and efficient. You get what you pay for.

The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again.

Worth the money and looking forward to the next time.
