We have stayed at this hotel multiple times with our dog. The rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly. However, there's almost always stains on the white duvet and bedding. It would recommend that housekeeping inspect these linens and pull them for either treatment or replacement on a regular basis. The provided breakfast is very much like what you would get at a gas station, and it looks like they use powdered eggs and instant coffee machines. Parking is often an issue if staying on a weekend. This hotel is located in a convenient location just between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, close to shopping and food. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Price was very good! Overall stay was good staff could have been a lot more friendlier and actually acknowledged guests as they walked past front desk coming and going. Beds were way too hard.

The windows are old and you can hear all the cars driving by. The water in the restroom sounded like it was constantly running and there were spiders and spiderwebs in the window.

The room was easy to find .Room was clean but the room had a weird smell and so did the towels .It was not pleasant at all. Not sure if they gave me a smokers room but the smell kinda made me sick I had to spray some body spray to smell better . Also the bathroom shower door keeped opening as I showered making water go outside the bathing area but other than that good breakfast selection. :)

I will definitely stay at this hotel again & would highly recommend it! The staff were amazing! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I received a call from the front desk about 15 minutes after I checked in to make sure that my room was ok & asked if there was anything that I needed. Wow! My room was very clean, updated, and the mattress was firm and comfortable just the way I like it. The stand up shower was very large and it had an updated shower head with different spray options. The only negative was that I couldn’t get the hairdryer to work.
