I would stay here again, the staff was very welcoming.

Stay here to check out UVM for my daughter. Hotel was clean and and comfortable. My favorite parts were the pool, good temp. and the shampoo and conditioner, LOVE them.

It looks like the room are been lived in for a while not just staying a few days. Thers was a big crack in the bathroom door. The tub was stained dirt. The deak had a sticky residue alomg with the lamp bottoms where the light switch was.

The check in service was great. The room not so great. The beds were very uncomfortable, as they sloped into the middle. Not good for someone with back problems. We couldn’t get comfortable and didn’t have a good sleep at all. The bathroom needs some repairs and upgrades for sure, as the ceiling leaked looked like it was leaking for a while. On the plus side, they have an outdoor pool which our kids enjoyed. Not bad if you’re looking for a one night stay, but I feel we could’ve stayed at a “newer” hotel for the same price.

The hotel provided solid value, clean rooms, and a quiet night. Breakfast was the one low mark: one of the sausage links I had was a bit crunchy from overcooking, and the eggs were definitely assembly line breakfast fodder, though not terrible. With even a slightly more improved breakfast still being the cheapest meal of the day, I always wonder why so many hotels treat their continental breakfast as an afterthought rather than the calling card at the end of the stay to remind travelers just how amazing their hotel is.

Great stay and they have laundry on site.

There was transportation to the Burlington airport from the hotel.

The staff was professional but with a personal touch. Very accommodating and helpful. I had ordered an Uber to take me to the airport in the morning, and I was told you now have Shuttle Service , so I canceled the Uber. Driver was very helpful. Great addition to your many services. I also received a bag of breakfast “goodies”! I would definitely stay there again!

We were in Burlington to visit UVM and this hotel is located right down the street, so very convenient. Also within walking distance is Trader Joe's, which we visited twice and picked up food to heat in our room. While some parts of the hotel are clearly aging, the lobby and our room was clean and comfortable. We checked in early and were given a room that wasn't ideal - I'd asked for a non-adjoining room on the top floor but were given what was available at that time, an adjoining on the 2nd floor. When I went down to the front desk I was told there weren't any double queen non-adjoining rooms available. I went back up to the room and within 5 minutes received a call that they would have the room I asked for ready in a couple of hours if we were interested in checking in later.

The staff was excellent!!! I needed to check in a few hours early to get ready for my grandson's baptism and they were very accommodating The woman at the front desk even asked how the baptism went when I was checking out . Her thoughtfulness was very much appreciated!

Staff was friendly and the breakfasts were above average. The room was clean and fresh, and we were glad to have the refrigerator and microwave. The facility did show signs of deferred maintenance: the sink leaked and that was reported but not addressed during our visit (granted, it was a holiday weekend). The closet door didn’t open and close smoothly, and neither did the patio door. The carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced. We would happily stay again.

Very easy to get to. Right off the highway and close to everything. The hotel was updated and clean and the breakfast was delicious everyday

Stayed 1 night for our sports tournament. Good clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff were notably very friendly!

It’s OK… Nothing much to say

The outdoor pool was ok and the best part of hotel. The entire property definitely needs some TLC. Our room had a broken floor tile right in front of the toilet and bathtub. It was a very small bathroom so impossible to avoid. There also was an odd smell throughout the second floor. Not necessarily bad, just unexpected. The breakfast was ok just because it has waffles. For a cheap room for a night, it was fine, but based on the pictures, I expected more.

Check in was friendly, the room is great for my quick stay before flying home. Close to lots of food and necessities. Will definitely book here again.
