Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Few amenities need some upgrades. Area of hotel needs more vigilant police presence.

I liked everything

I get that Comfort Suites doesn’t attract the most high end clientele but this one Ian pretty bad. Bathroom vanity was replaced with a tiny single sink and had no toilet paper holder, no tissues, luke warm water. Sofa was dirty. Curtains dirty. Desk chair broken. Overall all the room was very poor. Breakfast stunk. Ice cold eggs and just about out of every item by 7am. AC in the halls wasn’t on. Temp was very warm walking to and from our room. Absolutely will not stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and nice staff. Only took 1 star off cleanliness because the pool was really cloudy so it probably isn’t the cleanest. Breakfast was good just wish there were maybe a few more options. Would stay here again.

There was no hot water and they did nothing about it

Elevator was not working all weekend, and pool water resembled swamp water- not sure the pumps are regularly maintaining it.

Property is very dated and not very well maintained. Front desk staff needs better training. Booked a room with two beds and they give us a single king. After coming back down and telling him, he tried to charge us extra to switch to the room we had already booked online with Expedia. He continued to blame hotel management and Experdias prices for being wrong and wanted us to call Expedia to confirm the booking that he already had in front of him. He had us waiting in the lobby which seemed like forever, until he finally listened to me to call a manager, who told him the price was correct. Please train your staff and dont have them working alone if they dont know what they are doing.

Fire alarm went off because of a hot shower. Don’t book if you’re looking for a nice family pool. Cloudy water .

Pool qas cloudy... needed cleaning amd the bed sheets were stained

The property had bugs, the water didn’t get warm, the freezer was broken, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls & they charge $10 to use their parking lot.

Owned by Gujarti (Indian) who are know penny pinchers and do not want to spend any money to upkeep the property. They have innovative ideas about running anything cheaply. Unfortunately that is not a good practice for hospitality business. Filthy rooms with old stinky carpets. Bathrooms are dated and barely functional. Shower was cold and when we asked front desk they said its because maybe other guests are showering at the same time, funny response. Pool opens 10 am so you cant really use it before your checkout, maybe the want it so save cleaning money. Breakfast is not worth waking up and closes at 9am even on weekends. During our stay of one day the fire alarm went off twice creating panic. Once 3am. Only good in this hotel is the manager who was very helpful throughout this mess.

Nothing good about this property. Just convenient location

Elevator was broke for two nights Saturday and Sunday all day. My oldest sister had to crawl up three flights of stairs bothdays .

The lobby was very hot when we checked in. The only person at the front desk was immersed in something very involved on her computer, never looked up, completely ignored me. There was possibly a customer at desk, she was one her phone and leaning on counter. Within 10 minutes another gentlemen showed up to check me in. He was great. I was surprised about the paper I had to sign about damage to room and leaving it dirty - both have a $250 fine. Our room had wallpaper peeling off the wall, part of a drapery had a hook broken or missing, bathroom in need of upgrade - I assume this hotel is going thru renovations and not all rooms have been addressed yet which really is why I mentioned having the $250 fine for damaging the room! Room was beyond stuffy when we checked in - I give the room air conditioner high marks because it did cool the room down pretty quickly - keeping the room so stuffy maybe aiding the wallpaper coming off the wall. Numerous children unsupervised in hallway were very noisy at night. We returned from a wedding about 10:30 and were surprised about the activity in the hall at the hour and lasting a while. The room cleaning staff were very good. Took the suitcase stand back down and noticed we had three in our room and brought us more towels. Ice machine on 3rd floor does not work -had to go to 1st. We spent little time in room, here for a wedding changed and went to event and then to bed. For average hotel with regular parking lot surprised a fee to park!

checked in for one night, rushed to put stuff in room because my son had a basketball game at the convention center....upon returning at 1130 to shower and go to sleep...discovered there were specs of feces on the bathroom floor and door....told they were sold out and no rooms to move us into...nighttime front desk person, came up and mopped the floor but said, he couldn't refund the room....DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!

Horrible experience! Go to the Hampton next door!

The swimming pool is dirty.

The room was absolutely filthy! I have several pictures. There was mold on the floor tiles an old bandaid beside the bed a yellow ring in the toilet the tub was disgusting also. The curtains were also old and smelled of mildrew
