The listing featured 'Blackout curtains' which is important to me, but the curtain barely covered the window, and a light just outside the window not only came into the room, but was reflected in an adjacent mirror. So the light kept poking me in the eyes all night long.
Also the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable to me. The pillows were all too mushy.
All of these things left me with a wretched night of poor sleep. I will not waste money or time at this hotel again.

The hot tub was not warm which was disappointing--the hot tub was one reason we chose this hotel. The staff were awesome and the hotel is nice.

The housekeeping staff slam all of the doors when they are maintaining the rooms. I was woken up by doors slamming and this continued all morning. I used the jacuzzi before I checked out and I saw the housekeeping staff slamming the doors as they went from room to room. I believe they must be trying to wake people up to make the check out time but this is really unreasonable and inappropriate.

Our experience here was a good one! Stayed for 2 nights and the room was nice and roomy with it very clean. Bed was comfy and the hotel looked very nice. Shower had good water pressure. Would stay here again!
