Its Centralized around Dallas which is fantastic. The downside being that you have to pay to park when you are a guest. A temporary pass would be great

My stay here was not great. Had to move rooms several times due to maintenance issues and the AC not working properly in the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel for families!
I will say the parking was great although there is a $16 charge per day for the parking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful but this hotel has many maintenance issues.

Everything was fine. Om at the check in time was great! Very friendly and helpful! Only issue we had was the room’s AC was not working. It was very hot and when we let the staff know at the front desk at check out, all she said was okay thanks.

Well when we got there we didn't have a room because they were full. Very disappointed with expedia because they let me book a room and then we had to go find another hotel at 10:40 at night

Me and my family stayed there one night and the toilet was broken in our room. We did inform the front desk. They were gracious enough to give us a free breakfast, but I felt we should’ve received a free night stay but nevertheless, God bless those that work cars at the hotel.

I don’t normally complain, but this was probably the worst stay that I’ve had. I opted in for early check in, did not get that. Told my room would be upgraded, it was not. Only 2 channels on the TV; 2 temps for the shower- ice cold or scalding hot, no warm. A/C barely worked and the room was dated. Thankfully it was a quick stay.

My significant other and I stayed at this hotel for a quick/one night staycation, and the hotel definitely served its purpose. The young lady who checked us in was AWESOME, as well as the young man who worked at the bar. The indoor pool was good as well. With a few updates within the room, the hotel would be 10/10.. my room was clean and the staff were great, thus I’d return and/or refer family and friends.

Staff was too busy visiting both leaving and arriving didn't tell me I had to have ticket to get out of parking lot Room smelled of mold and smoke. No one spoke unless spoken too. The bed was comfortable is all that was good
