Hotel is a bit outdated but perfect to stay few days. Waffles, unlimited drinks, fruits for breakfast. Excellent location, close to Walmart, Sam's, Dollar Tree etc. Just one hour away from Makoqueta caves (a must see)

This is our second time to stay at this motel and we really appreciate the proximity to a lovely Mexican restaurant. The staff has been amazing both times and it is always very clean and quiet!! A great value in Marion IA!!

Quiet friendly environment! Beds are comfortable I have back problems and this is one of the only hotels I have stayed in that my back is not hurting when I wake up! Staff is super sweet and understanding! I will definitely be staying here any time a news a hotel in town!

This was so terrible we heard what we thought where people arguing in the hallway that turned out to be a group of people having sex with lots if them waiting there turn this went on all night people coming and going with the door wide open. Never again will I ever stay here.

Hotels did not have television service due to a storm the previous day. The desk clerk offered to cancel the reservation and to refund my payment. So I cancelled the reservation and went to a different hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay. The only thing was that there isn't chairs in the rooms. There was one desk chair. They need to set the closets in the back corner, not in front of the windows. Then get rid of the seat thing and get a table with 2 comfortable chairs. A place to sit and watch TV after a busy day. A table to eat take home or ordered meal. Eating in the bed isn't good. Stains on bed spreads and sheets! If I hadn't been so busy I would have moved the closet...it drove me crazy being in front of the window. This is my job so I know!
Room has no feng shui!
