Location was convenient for my needs.
Air conditioner was VERY LOUD. and prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep. All vending machines were broken and I would have liked some bottled water.

I understand housekeepers have a lot of work to do but they came knocking on the door all before 9:00 asking if I wanted cleaning services - twice in one morning! Once, I had just woken up and the second time, I still was not even fully dressed. It's a bit much.
The breakfast could be better and it would be nice if they allowed the hot tub to stay open later than 9:00 pm. I've been to several hotels that keep it going until 10 or 11 at night.
All in all, it was a decent hotel and no serious complaints or issues.

In general it’s OK or good except the following: coffee tastes like water; breakfast area is locked outside the breakfast hours, so we can’t get simple things like tea, napkins, folks, etc; breakfast area is way too small for this hotel.

I messaged them for a room on the first floor due to a disability band I ended up on the fourth floor. There was a problem with the elevator so I had to use the one at the end of the building, which required me to walk farther and through a leaking smelling hallway... unacceptable!

Older place that can use a remodel. Guy at front desk was cordial but not friendly. 2nd floor and room smelled like the result of chain smoking for 50 years. Friendly breakfast attend.

Hotel is in nice quiet area. Customer service was great! Room was nice and clean. The bathroom is outdated. The shower head is extremely low. Im 5’6 the shower head was the height of my forehead, I had to squat to get water on the top of my head. I could old imagine how hard it was for my husband and son who are over 6 feet. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Property is older but in good condition and clean. The only concern i had was that my ground floor window couldnt shut 100% and did not have a lock (they had a bolt the worked as a lock, but still not ideal)
