1. If you get a chance air out the rooms they smell like moth balls and dirt.
2. Have the manger or someone inspect the rooms to ensure everything is clean and in working order.

I actually checked in around 4 p.m. and checked out less than two hours later. The room had a foul odor, there was hair on the bathroom walls, the bathtub didn't look clean, and there were pubic hairs on the bed sheets. They gave me a room on the third floor, and the elevator wasn't working. The stairs are made of cement, but it's already cracked, and there's a risk of accidents.
