The room was clean and bright, no elevator to srcond floor and door stuck, had to pull toward hinge to get it open ( room 230). Parking well lit. But area a little sketchy, to be expected in industrial area across the street from airport. But window insulation successfully kept aircraft noise out.

The hotel free shuttle is not connected to Biscayne Market Place which is important for any Miami visitor. No restaurant attached. Basic drinking water is not served. It's just a room. I believe it serves basically Miami airport and port Miami. Limited English speaking staff.

Good checking lobby área dirty but all was good when in the morning. The recepcionist in the morning of Aug 05th should ve trained for Customer Service I was in líne when I aproached her she stated are you checking out Just..... and I said well I have a question... Wpuld like to go to the Airport she said eveey half a hour and I was sharong to get tht at mig night the Police cars stopped at the Hotel and the room turned in unto a Disco cause the lights of the cats but I was more joking of what happen, intead of she saying I am sorry to know a out it we wish we could do something a out it she answer es with a long dryy face well we can not do anything, veey bad, The old guy cleanning should ve promoted to recepcionist he was excellent when I made the same comments. The room 106 does not have enough room between the bed to reach the a/c and curtains, should be reorganized differently. The recepcionist in the afternoon Quick to the point a cordial enough.

A reasonably-priced, clean place to stay for those overnight airport layovers. The room doors are exterior doors open to the parking lot, so it can be a little noisy. Our neighbors had a dog that barked and a large group, with kids, occupying the room next to us. The staff should have put us in a room away from this noisy group.
