Days Inn by Wyndham Picayune

This was the worst stay we've ever had there. When we got there, we found the fridge was frozen up and half the lights either made noises or were burned out.

Tv don’t work

The room was disappointing. Not enough towels or washrags. Lamps and outlets did not work. Had to wait a long period to be checked in and no coffee pot. And bugs were in the room. Needs improvement.

I checked in and inspected the room and immediately checked back out. There were roaches in the refrigerator.

Found bugs in our room and also paid for a queen room for our next night and they said they didnt have one available and would upgrade us the next night snd never did.

Nice bed & nice carpeting

The property was horrible. Roaches were nest in the corner of the bathroom. The room was not cleaned. There were cigarettes butts behind the dresser with a ladies fake fingernail. The drawers were full of trash & pennies & used utensils. There were no towels or accommodations. The refrigerator door was broken on the inside, exposing the fiberglass and the freezer was so frozen over that the door wouldn't close & was dirty with bugs. The air conditioner unit made a loud noise all night & myself and my guest couldn't sleep. No coffee in the morning. No pool or weight room as advertise. So asked for another room & the attendant said we would have to wait most of the day to move. I didn't move the first night, because my guest & are were expected at an event that started early & ended late & we were to tired to move. My guests & I were there because of my oldest son's wedding & were absolutely disgusted with both rooms

Disappointed no coffee maker or Wi-Fi , continental breakfast advertised and there was none.

I didn't like the fact that the freezer in the fridge was iced over. There was no cups or coffee with the pot and the air conditioner was very loud all night. Also no bath mat had to use one of the two towels in the room. Other than that the stay was fine.

Just a one night stay to see family

There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about the staff , property, or experience. The staff was not hospitable or helpful. The entire property including the room was filthy and smelled . The pool has been drained and not functioning for years. The lobby was closed and has been for some time with no access to the proclaimed limited breakfast . The exercise room if you can call it that was closed and off limits. The property advertisement was misleading on every claim made. Stay at your own personal risk !!! I would have preferred to sleep under a bridge than at this days inn had I known better.

I was charged twice and I already paid on Expedia. And now I'm dealing with an extra charge from the hotel.

My room had a clogged toilet from the previous people who stayed in the room and they said they offer a pool in the amenities but it is drained instead they tell you next time get a room with a jucuzzi should have pulled up befor booking but thats on me and i didnt really go deal with it as i usually would due to my kids being asleep and not wanting to carry them back to the car get another room and repeat at midnight when we arrived

Amazing customer service here! My stay has been extended and I wouldn't stay any where else.

The check-in lady was nice. However the check-in area was closed and had to talk through a glass wall. No one cleaned my place while I was there got no clean towels. The TV had to be unplugged from the back of the TV to work.

The hotel was broken down, and the rooms were not consistently supplied or cleaned. I would not recommend this.
