Only 2 out of 4 lamps worked the bath tub needs replaced. The fire alarm was beeping for low battery at 1:30 am. The pool was falling apart. 3 police showed up at the next room

Bedbugs, fleas, dirty carpets.

Not the best place I have stayed at

Staff was very Rode to my Wife when She went in to check-in!!! And that made Her look online She saw nothing but bad Replies and 1 ok one!!

Property wasn’t poor condition. Room wasn’t clean lightbulbs out tub was dirty bunks in the bathroom dirt on the floor.

Fair to good for the price I was pleased

Room was in bad shape and staff was very rude.

Checked in day before via text message, was told it would cut down on check-in time but when I got there had to do it all over again. I had already paid for the room but was informed I had to pay a deposit also, which I was unaware of. There was 2 adults and 3 children in our stay. We got to the room and there was only 2 towels for all of us. The faucet in the bathroon sink was not even secured it just hung there. Also the bathtub was pitted. They never came around to clean our room once during our stay. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the price.

Nothing likable about that place. Front desk very unpleasant. First room was being worked on, Second room TV doesn’t work, dirty floor had to keep my shoes on. Dirty sheets went to inform front desk was told to go to laundry and get clean sheets myself and put them on the bed, also had bugs crawling around. Please take this hotel off your list.

You shouldn't show pictures of your breakfast dining area as it is closed and being used for storage. No breakfast

We had no wash rags, One soap, no shampoo, dirty bathtubs, no TV in the living room space, The TV in the bedroom did not work for the first night, there was no cold water in the bathroom sink, there was no garbage can except one in the living room space, The hair dryer did not work, there was no light bulbs in the lamp, The smoke detector was not on the wall, there were couches outside that were very worn and a big dumpster sitting there in the corner downstairs. The shower/bathtub had dripping water continuously and getting worse. It smelled moldy, and the floors were not cleaned very good. And they state that they have breakfast and since there was five of us that was one of the main reasons that I paid for this stay there. They had coffee, those crunchy cheap breakfast bars and the juice machine was out of order. That's what they consider breakfast?!! And when I tried to call the number to the front desk, which there was no phone in the room, The phone number doesn't work The voicemail had not been set up yet. And customer care could not get through as well So I walked to the office and complained about the TV and the next morning said the TV was still not working, And I asked them where the breakfast is. They told me it was grab and go and they laughed at me and the lady in there that worked in there was saying that oh she's just venting. Very unprofessional!!! Seems they don't care about their customers and you can't even call them. Extremely disappointed!!!!

First, there was a $75 fee PER room we didn’t know until we was there. Second, we had to move rooms. We have two rooms. Both were nasty, like they haven’t been cleaned. The room we moved from was freshly crappy paint on the tub. Then looked like it was taped off. Had blood / poop in the floor.

The beds was a mattress on a flat board. No box spring. The overall cleanliness was good except for what appeared to be poop smeared on the wall beside the toilet.

Rooms were gross. floors were sticky and there was hair on the blankets and in the sheets.

This was one of the worst hotel me and my family has ever stayed in tv didn't work One of the rooms didn't even have a tv cable cord was hanging out of the wall there was holes in the walls they didn't even want to give us enough towels there was 5 of us they give us to towels air conditioner only worked when it wanted to please people never stay there if you dont have to me and my family will sleep in the van before we stay there again

The room smelled, they never come and got the trash, and we had to ask for towels everyday. Also the WiFi never worked right.

The room was absolutely disgusting, my daughter and I had to go buy Lysol, Clorox wipes and bleach to clean the entire room and the bathroom. We also had to go ask for clean sheets, the guy at the front desk said, I guess the housekeepers didn’t do their job.

This hotel was horrible, the first room we got hadn't even been cleaned. The second room had the beds made and that was it. I had to go buy lysol wipes to clean and the girl at the check in was rude and rolling her eyes but her boyfriend was just hanging out and doing more then her he gave us towels and toilet paper that were not in our room. While she sat their eating little cesers pizza.

To start off the front desk lady ignored us.The rooms have Bed bugs. After checking mattress I immediately left. There are old mattress and tvs in walkways. They wouldn’t refund my money. And three days later they didn’t refund my deposit. Biggest mistake ever.
