We had a good stay

The hotel was right across from where the concert was it was like five minute walk.

Stay was wonderful, great location to the venue. Staff was absolutely amazing, young staff , everyone of these young adults were respectful, friendly, helpful. The rest of the world should follow their example.

Only one elevator was working with meant delays getting back to our room.

The staff and hotel were very good. My daughter had recently broken her leg and that part made the hotel minorly difficult. 1 of the 2 elevators was not functional and with no stairs leading to the lobby, very busy. If was difficult to get a wheelchair into the elevator, as its was usually full with people. We waited on average 10 mintues to get enough room for the wheelchair. The stairwells were also confusing as you decend to the bottom floor, which you would assume is the lobby its in gact a non exit, which seems confusing and dangerous. Very loud at night, doors slam extremely loud and people partying late and loud. Good rooms, great staff, convenience of parking garage are the pros. Not wonderful accessibility for handicap guests and confusing layout are the cons.

My room did not have a room number on the outside. It was at the end of the hall from the elevator. Room was cramped, but the bed and pillows were comfortable

Only 1 working elevator was a nightmare

Very clean and great customer service.

We had a very nice stay! Even though our room faced market street, there was very little noise. Free covered parking was very much appreciated!

Across the street was a shopping center , convenient

Very clean, all employees were lovely. Parking was confusing at first with an event at the convention center, but the location ended up being very convenient

The a/c system in my room was not working properly

The room and staff were excellent. But we could not get the room cold enough to make it very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and professional.

I would stay again.

The hotel has a binary boiler/cooler system that is either one or the other. I was there in mid March on a warm day and the heat was on in the hotel. There is a register in the room, but it doesn’t actually allow you to cool unless the entire hotel is switched to cooling. Way too hot to sleep when I was tgere, and they couldn't do anything about it.

The deposit it's too high other than that the place is excellent
