Had to pay for parking as a extra expense didn’t see that but overall good

Staff were very accommodating for an early arrival. There was a youth group there during our stay. Kids were allowed to run up and down hallways and slam doors. Would of liked to see those groups in rooms away from other guests. Our in-room coffee maker was broke and noticed very dirty under and behind furniture.

The only thing i didn't like was having to scan a QR code for parking and not including it with the price of the stay

Quiet location

Amenities were sub par. Ice machines are ancient and not working on all floors but 1. Parking is over priced. Pool area is dingy too

Stayed because they had a shuttle service available. Had to scedule ahead of time, fine, but it showed up late anyway. Then would not pick us up to bring us back to hotel. Also was a $25 fee to park for 2 nights. On top of 150 a night for the room.

The hotel was overall old and dated. We stayed in the suite room which was large and had plenty of room but there were definitely signs of aging. The popcorn ceiling appeared to have a leak and discoloration. The shower was also dated with mold in the corners. The bedding smelled musty as if someone didn’t wash them or let them stay in the washer too long. Old AC and heating units. The pool and hot tub were also very old and they didn’t appear to clean or service them daily. The water was cloudy and appeared to be dirty.

Room was AWESOME for the price: HUGE! for $230 = 710 sqft, 2bathrooms, 2 beds, (one was sofa), 2 tvs, fridge, dining table, - it was just great. Loved it. Would def stay here again. 5 min ride from dwtn St Paul- $20 Uber Ride at 10:30pm

There were some obvious signs of bed bugs on the blankets and sheets. We even showed pictures of the manager on duty. Another person staying there had bed bug bites on them! We quickly returned our keys after checking in and didn’t even stay the night because we didn’t want to risk having bed bugs. After saying that they were going to refund us, they didn’t because apparently “there were no bed bugs”. DO NOT stay here!

Staff is amazing and they really go above and beyond to help. The property needs to get some upgrades. None of the electrical outlets in our room were able to hold the plugged cable. The property should change their tv’s and provide streaming like most hotels at this level do. Room service should be provided no matter what and we did not get our room serviced.

It is a very nice property but some of my pillow casings had holes in them and there was a sticky substance all over one of the bedside tables

Front desk staff was great and very helpful

Shuttle driver taking us into St. Paul was very rude, however driver for pick up was great. Very thin walls, and space beneath door of adjoining room (not our party) was large so the light from their room shone into our room. Front desk staff very pleasant.

The morning waitress was amazing. She was super friendly and remembered us every morning. I think it was Kim. The bartender was not great. Extremely slow service. She had difficulty prioritizing. The food was good, she was not.

We were surprised that we had to pay for overnight parking on the east side of St. Paul. I also wasn’t told there would be a $50 incidental charge on my cc card as a retainer, so I could have spared my worries about fraudulent activity on my card.

I stayed for one night but it was a good stay, the staff was helpful and beds were comfy!
