It was a nice place to stay. You are right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. If you are expecting luxury, you are going to be disappointed, but if you want a nice place to lay your head that is clean, friendly and economical, this is the place for you.

The staff was super nice but that was the end of it. If you are handicapped in anyway I just don't really recommend this place. The parking spaces are only in specific sides of the hotel (and at the end of the night when parking is full it sucks because your fanily has to drop you off and then go park), almost every thing you need to get to (the pool and even the front desk) has stairs you're going to have to maneuver around. I can't even begin to wonder how our room was so gross. The tub had hair in it we had to clean. Then there was when we thought we had tracked dirt in with our shoes (we're a take your shoes off when you come in type of family) but when we tried to clean the floor (we're talking 5 lysol wipes) it just kept coming back black. Have you all ever even mopped these rooms? I think they just sweep and call it good. It was so gross we kept having to replace towels because we refused to step on the floor (it ruined my brand new gold toe socks too :'( ) because we'd get out of the bath and then have to wash our feet again. The hotub is not very big like at all, we got lucky enough in an entire week to soak twice because people soak for hours in there. We came in with halfway decent expectations and left very upset and disappointed. Pigeon Forge was fun for our family (this is our first time ever) but if you stay at this hotel being a swiffer mop!

No exhaust fan in bathroom, bath only4.5ft wide.if u sit on the toilet u can't close the door. Wasn't happy with a/c didn't have good air circulation

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in pigeon forge so far!! The river behind was the best part other than the fire pit. It’s in walking distance of everything.

The river behind the hotel was beautiful!! Room was clean and pretty decently quiet. Wasnt a fan of the pot smoke engulfing our room but we are aware its legal and something we have to deal with. Overall we were happy with our stay. Its convenient and located near a lot of fun things to do.

Lovely outside. Pool right temp, nice hot tub. Clean and everyone helpful. Like some hotel you can hear people talking or doors shut. It di get me up early but that was a good thing si I could leave on time . All guest when I was there nice,polite and not noisy

Overall it was ok but not for 160 per night. Bed sheets looked used, hotel is just worn down. The pictures advertised don't represent real world. AC has limiter on it, room smelled "old". Desk folks were very nice. Pool was great! The breakfast was just barely "ok". Not much variety and coffee not good.

My grandson enjoyed the pool very much. We chose an indoor pool, as you never know the weather conditions outside. The price was right, the rooms were nice, and accessibility to attractions were spot on.

you can hear everything in the other rooms, but other than that is was a great time

Rooms are dated and need updating. Beds wasn’t too comfortable. We took our kids to swim and couldn’t stay long cause other kids was diving almost on top of us even though there’s a sign saying no diving. Ac didn’t work the best good thing we only stayed one night

Very clean and convenient to the Convention Center which is what brought us to the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area felt safe. We were right on the river where they have benches set up and a firepit. The pool looked inviting although we did not have time to partake.

Have stayed here more than a handful of times in the last 10 years, and the rooms are always very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better, it was the same thing every morning we stayed (biscuits, gravy, sausage links, watery eggs, cereal options, toast and oatmeal packets)

Very friendly staff nice comfortable bed could use more coffee in the room. That’s not a necessity love the geese and ducks.

I would stay here again.

The lady at rhe front desk was super accomendating and nice.

I loved the river in the back. Very relaxing. Loved the breakfast. The A/C in the room wasn't the best, but it wasn't unbearable. It is dated but very clean. I would stay again.
