Concierge was wonderful; maintenance was wonderful; room was clean and smelled nice; sofa sleeper was the most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ever made; breakfast ended at 9am so we missed it! That is the only reason we paid a fortune to stay there was for the breakfast…. So disappointed

Nice and convenient

The front desk staff were very friendly.

Parking was less than ideal due to the cattle auction and firearms event that was going on. I had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a single parking spot. Besides that we had a very nice time.

Love this place is my 3rd time staying and always have a pleasant experience

Needs more cooks and wait staff

The property overall is nice. When we checked in the assistant manager checked us in but failed to mention we needed to pay for parking. I’m glad I asked when we came back from our first outing and noticed the signs. The towing signs that are faded but still legible make it seem like parking is just for Embassey Suite guests but if you’re paying to park, not sure why it matters. Nonetheless, we got that paid for after asking the front desk upon our return back. The first room we were in had major AC issues. We had a staff member come and take a look and noticed the issue as well and brought us box fans and did mention to us if it does not cool down in the hour we could move rooms. This was 10 PM and my kids and I were exhausted and with the fans we made due for the night. The next morning I did let them know we wanted to be moved and they moved up right away. The water pressure is awful and when you try to flush the toilets you have to hold down the handle to flush. This was the same for both rooms we were in. Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful. I had a personal issue the next night with both my kids being sick and called down to the front desk around 3:30 AM to let them know about the covers being outside my door because I did not want them ruined. Called multiple times but no one answered the phone. Overall great location but few things need to be handled to bring to FIVE stars for sure!

The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal! She was there every night when we went out and even took our photo! Everything was amazing. If we had to make one suggestion is that breakfast food would be kept warmer and the protein on the bar with the other food. Currently kept with the omelette bar so if you want bacon or sausage you have to wait for all the omelette lovers to make it through the line. Not a huge deal but the regular food was lukewarm at best. The overall experience was so amazing that part didn’t bother us.

My daughter and I had a lovely time staying at the Embassy Suites.

This property needs to do a deep cleaning. First night I got there, there was a huge stain on the covers, the light switches were dirty. Tried calling front desk, the phones did not work. Was given another room same thing, heat didn't work. Had to wait for maintenance, they didn't show up. I had to go back to the front desk to get them to fix it. They never came to clean the room, no toilet paper. They need a new cleaning crew because they are awful. I probably WON'T be back. I will be choosing another property where there aren't so many issues with cleanliness.

Went to celebrate my sons birthday and all he wanted to do was swim. Pool heater wasn’t working but they didn’t tell us that upon checkin. Had we known, we would’ve cancelled and gone elsewhere. Also never been to an embassy that charges for parking. $20 per night is crazy. We’ve stayed here every year for my sons birthday but we won’t return to this one again.

Overall friendly atmosphere and pet friendly as well!

It wasn’t a good stay due to there being bed bugs. It literally ruined my first night after being tossed around to a couple of rooms to find one that’s been properly cleaned. Kendall at the front desk was very helpful and Melissa as well with communicating to see if there was anything she could do. Angela Jones that works for Expedia was awesome in getting me sum good news of compensation so thanks to you as well! Embassy is known to be a very nice place to stay but it wasn’t for me! Great breakfast and happy he tho! And to the young maintenance guy thanks for absolutely Nothing! You literally asked me what did I want you to do about it like you didn’t care! Really?! I pray this falls into the proper hands to make a difference. Oh and I wasn’t the only guest complaining about the conditions there were quite a few of us on the North side and the South side was even worse! This was My Experience fr!

Lots of fun things to do near by. The property does show some wear but is very clean. We hope to get to stay here again.
