Great location! Older building but very well kept. Friendly staff, happy hour specials, and delicious breakfast! I will stay again.

The hotel looks nice for sure. The room was a great size and looked really nice too. The breakfast buffet could be better with their main theme on egg omelets. Upstairs on the 2nd fl. The chairs had crumbs and/or dirt on them. The staff needs to work more on their diligence. 1st off. When checking in. In which my stay was the 10th - 17th. The gentleman I spoke with ask me if I have any guest and if I have a car. I stated yes because my company with me at the time drove me there and parked in the lot. The concierge didnt explain to me anything about overnight parking. I also did not like how he just bluntly stated "Enter your card for $150 in case of incidentals." I figure that is a policy that should be explained rather than just told. The bar tender guy, literally took around 10 minutes to charge my card when I gave it to him. I didn't take a single sip, and I watched him wondering what is the hold up. A few days later I went back to the bar, it was him again and again it took him a while to charge my card. This time it took around 5 minutes. I assumed he was a new employee. I Checked out on the 17th. I gave the employee my room card and tell him Im checking him. He says " Your good bro". About an hour later. I have a funny feeling. I checked my bank statement. Im charged approximately $250 - $300 from the hotel on the 16th. I called to inquire, the lady I spoke with stated that I was still checked in in their system and will fix it. I requested a receipt via email that n

loved the stay

We checked in and our type of room reserved (2 double beds) was sold out. We were given a king and had to request a pull out bed and thankfully not charged for it. The hotel was understaffed.

Beautiful room, beautiful hotel the only thing I noticed is the bathroom needed to be cleaned a bit better. Hair on the sealing and small spots of mold in the grout line.

10/10 bring the swans back

An older property which has been refurbished for the most part in keeping with the original structure that can’t be disguised for the age of the building Food selection and quality was excellent and Eddie the bartender was very helpful and cheerful The negatives, as typical with most hotels these days is the bed duvet/comforter being so hot and the continual pull the cover back and forth to cool down. Bathtub is smooth and slippery - hotel should offer bathtub non slip mat to put in the tub. NO Room Safe !

Very outdated. The bar was awful with very few options. Pool was dirty.

They allowed me to book, without having any rooms available . I booked as I had an emergency and needed a place to stay for the night. Expedia won’t give me a refund either.

Horrible parking in a garage up ramp and then stairs with your luggage only to find that Expedia oversold the room and still has it on their website. Please refund the $$$

Very nice suite- we were not expecting all the room and light. We had 3 walls of windows!

I must say my stay was amazing. Upon arrival we received a ticket good for redeeming 2 free drinks at the bar. Nothing like 2 free drinks to get the weekend started. Room spacious and clean. Cook to order breakfast that was included with my stay was amazing. I had the garden veggie omelette with cheese with potatoes my cousin who came along had pancakes, egg, and bacon. Hotel was minutes away from I95 which connected us to everything. Publix was near by and other stores as well. The overall look of the hotel from the outside does not prepare you for the scenery inside. I will definitely be returning.

Staff were courteous and efficient.

I was not informed of ongoing construction which caused my wife to experienced severe illness and discomfort which started within 24 hours after arriving and lasted a week after my stay @ embassy suites due to conditions in hotel.

I order room services, the pizza come cold and burn.
