The work crew is awesome

Asked to have room vacuumed and get clean towels said had to be there a week also asked to change trash wouldnt do that either had ants in room

No coffee in the room The room was clean Bare bones Check in was easy and the staff were very nice

Very disappointed. I booked this hotel 3 months in advance for my graduation, only to have my reservation canceled last minute and moved to a much farther, run-down hotel. The new room had used towels in the shower, a smelly fridge, a window that wouldn’t close, and an uncomfortable bed. This stay ruined what should’ve been a special weekend. Poor service and communication—would not recommend.

Room was ok. The noise from the rooms above and next to us was horrible. Not sure if it is because the rooms don’t have carpets to buffer the noise but it worse sleep ever .

First night had bed bugs in bed crawling.

My stay was fine, microwave is a little small for what is needed to heat up, I was in a non- smoking room #129 however that entire end of the hallway smelled of Weed. Those in the room above kept, walking like a herd of horses over my head, also the rooms should have 2 garbage 🗑

Bed sheets were turned over in a corner , pillows positioned like someone was laying on the bed. We were put into a room that the employee told us was closed off because tv came on and off randomly.. the room was dirty .

No hot water for the shower. Dirty tub.

We were expecting much better given the rate. The room smelled like food and old urine. The bath tub felt slimy. There were red stains on the floors. Mold on the kitchen cabinets under the sink. Outdated furniture with obvious wear (chips, missing paint, etc.). The mattresses were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The office chairs in the room had stains on them and were ripped. The vinyl floors were sticky. And the table top had a sticky residue on it, looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. It was an all around poor experience.

I do like the area where its located. But I don’t like the room have a wear smell like powder and weed and the hallway too. I told the stuff if he can change my room but he say like “ I can’t, Is too late for that and he look like rude “

Kitchenette with absolutely NO plates, bowls, cups, pots or pans etc - and no in - room coffee maker. Pretty clean but I did find someone else's socks in one of the drawers. I wanted the heater to run with "constant fan" (white noise helps me sleep) but that setting didn't work. Aside from those things, the room was ok for the price.

A reservation was made, with my husband credit card number but with my name on the expedia reservation platform and the front desk would not allow him to check in but proceeds to say he will help him and request his credit card at this point what he is doing is creating a new reservation so he charges the card he did not wait until expedia edit the reservation.He then said we were now in charge of the 2 reservations, which now makes no sense because it is only one traveler. I contacted Expedia and they attempted to negotiate with the front desk and he refused to cancel any of the reservation and now calls the police to get my husband escorted of the property Expedia wasn't able to help, the police couldn't help, the front desk chose not to help. My husband is now left on the road side with 2 charges to his credit card from a room he did not use. This matter will be escalated it is now 11pm at night he has traveled 10 hours to receive this type of service. I travel often and have never seen disgusting service and staff that have no customer service or willingness to help. All this looks like a scam to me it was like walking into a plan that they know what they are doing because police arrived within minutes i suggest to pay a little more and stay in a better hotel that will make you feel welcome and treat you with respect. In life there is something called human error and he could have easily canceled one reservation. There is also a thing called be kind its free to us al

The property was not terrible for a hotel but, the handicap parking was covered in snow and the way to the door was unsafe for a handicap person. The beds are not big enough for 2 adults. The staff was ok.

The front desk staff in the am was very nice and helpful.

When checking in the lady working the desk very nice and up front that she was still pretty new, and apologized for it taking at little bit longer to Check in. However Upon arriving in my room I was greeted with an unpleasant smell almost that of old grease, granted I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room had a full sized refrigerator but when the refrigerator would kick on was loud and not conducive for a decent nights rest. Also The pillows in my room were also flat as pancakes.
