No light in the room, thin wall, jerk next door was drunk, couldn’t sleep, no breakfast just sugary stuff. My last time in this SH never again

There is no breakfast just sugary stuff, elevator not working, this is emergency for old people should be fixed right away, not even one complimentary bottle of water in the fridge, ridiculous, greedy owners .

Nothing fancy but clean and I had a whole kitchen and full-sized fridge. Friendly staff.

Toilets didnt work in room and they said they cant fix it. I was there for 3 days. Had to go to casino across street to use bathroom

Needs work

I booked here due to being close to the casino, racetrack and some business we had in the area. This property needs some updating which includes chipped tiles in the lobby.The price was right to stay but there were a couple of things that this property lacked. The walls are very thin. Queens size bed looked small due to us having a queen size bed home. Only 3 small thin pillows.. come on. There is a table to sit down to eat but no chairs. Refrigerator is to close to the front door. The bathroom is small and only will fit one person at a time. The left dark curtain hook was off the top track. Hard time viewing 32" TV on bureau and should be wall mounted. Here is the first time hearing this. The front desk only gave me one key for us to use and when I went back to ask for a 2nd key, the front desk woman said it will be a 5 dollar charge. What!! This will be the last time I stay at any Extended Stay America.

Even though it was a bit older, I liked the hard wood floors and the cleanliness!

I like the property is closed to where I want to be, but didn’t like the beds are too noisy

The bed was awful it needs a new mattress in room 202

Room was never serviced, upon check in another customer was complaining about the same issue. The included breakfast, which was a main reason for selecting this hotel, was very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly.. I think there should be more then one garbage can in each room, there was only the bathroom garbage can. Also the tv should be mounted on the wall. You cant really see it. (maybe a little bigger tv)? other wise my stay was nice

Please never stay here. We were so grossed out by the whole experiance , dirty , smeills so bad, beds are awful , I had to switch rooms and it was just as bad, we immediately left and had our money refuded (hopefully) and went down the street to The hampton inn which is beautiful and worth the xtra 70 dollars, Only thing I have to give Michelle at the front desk a shout out she tried to accomadate us. She informed us they were renovationg and ask us to come back when they do. You guys have to do better.

For the price it was a very nice place to stay for our spur of the moment hotel needs for the night.

Ms Morales at front desk super helpful and professional. Observed her interacting with regular tenants and she was super friendly and polite at all times. She was extremely busy helping customers and she also handled the check in/out well.

No bad for a less expensive way to get to the casino across the street.

This would be a good place for someone staying a week or so. Decently clean. Nice kitchen and you can ask for a kitchen supply box. A little stingy on soap, shampoo etc but if you're staying a while you're probably bringing your own. Ample parking, pretty close to where we wanted to be, some chain Restaurants nearby. No coffee maker in room, and none available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours
