While the property was sufficient and efficient for our stay, the room was clean but needed a lot of updating. The amenities were nice, a lot of the guest were sub-par. The pictures of the property are great, but it does not show you the variety of people that arrived. We stayed for a limited time, but every time we entered and exited there was a smell of weed and often unsupervised children which made the experience even worse. The hotel staff helped alot, but I really wish there was a way to avoid issues like this. We began to avoid the pool as it just became more annoying to deal with people than just finding other places to visit. Plan on visiting? I would suggest to do a little more research on the location before booking.

Took my family to Floridays for the first time. The staff was excellent. Answered all my questions and very kind. The poolside bar staff were very polite and nice and the drinks and food were the best we had after staying at many resorts in Orlando. Pool was great, nice temperature for cooling off but could have been cleaned more often. All and all we had a very good time. We would return in the future.

I had a few issues during my stay which I was ignored by front staff then emailed customer service twice and never got a response from them either. Don’t trust the beautiful pictures you see online, the room I had was so old with gross damaged light fixtures, leaking sink, dirty floor, and much more. Its not worth the rate they charge. And they wont respond to any communication, definitely surprised by this.

The room size was comfortable but filthy. The cabinets grease and dusty. The carpets were so dirty that if u step on it without shoes your feet/sock would be black. This room was listed as full kitchenette but we found ONLY a small pot. No knife or cutting board. Communication w the room services was through leaving messages. They didn’t provide clean towels as needed it, we had to be chasing them.

The stay was very good as usual. Nice blend of familys to interact with. Hot tub in main pool area had no bubbles first part of stay but, was rectified. The "A" building we stayed in is showing its age and should be on a list to be upgraded. It would be nice to have a few more cooking pots pans to utilize especially for familys. Recumbent bike in fitness room had something wrong with it. Other than those few things which did not which were overcome, our stay was what we expected and will return as the staff is exceptional.

I was told based on my booking information that check in was at 3 pm. We arrived at 6pm not aware they offer early check in. I was told another hour from when I arrived. They offered a smaller room but it didn’t accommodate the size of my family. I was surprised that after 3pm check in I didn’t have a room I selected. I did speak with a manager explaining the situation. He was able to work it out and offered my family a food voucher for our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s clean and had all the things we needed for our comfort.

I like the location of the property. It was pretty much centralized to most of the parks in the area. Plenty of dine out options that deliver nearby as well as grocery stores. I like that the pool was open late, until 11:00 p.m. I believe. And they had a nice coffee shop and bar attached that you could get breakfast items like Starbucks or quick drinks. I didn't like that The rooms were to be fully stocked with the kitchen area and we found that lacking. We end up having to go to the store to get paper plates cups. We only had one pot to cook in only a few glasses.

The suite was perfect for my family and mobility-impaired daughter. The only thing we encountered was a delay in luggage cart availability upon both check-in and check-out. Perhaps they need more availability. It delayed our checkout by >30 minutes. Otherwise it couldn't have been better.
