The stay was wonderful! We did not receive a room upgrade but I did receive a an hour extension to check out. The only complaint is that security was not always actively looking for a room key to access the elevators, and the elevators did not require the key to access any floor which I think is a major safety issue.

Everything is new and so is there online systems. Checkin online had glitches and the rewards card free parking did not work. Beyond that very nice hotel.

The hotel rooms, bathrooms, and pool area were beautiful and comfortable. Many staff members were insincere, disrespectful and not knowledgeable about their own processes and unhelpful to guests. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well as valet. Concierge was misinformed front desk had wrong information and staff around the casino was rude

Excellent stay from start to finish. Everyone from valets to bar tenders were attentive and professional. It’s a little far from the main strip but that’s part of its attraction, quite with none of the manic atmosphere of the rest of the strip. The perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself
