Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans

My recent stay at the Four Seasons in New Orleans was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for every step of the way. One small example that perfectly sums up their level of hospitality: we called room service for a bucket of ice. When it took a little longer than expected, they sincerely apologized and surprised us with a complimentary full bottle of Moët champagne and a tray of chocolate-covered strawberries. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is so rare and made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the vibe is upscale yet relaxed. Every member of the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. This was hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending the Four Seasons NOLA to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and Southern hospitality at its finest!

Absolutely everything was excellent. They gave us a super early check in and late check out. The whole time was flawless. Valet people were great we didn’t valet but I like how they gave us space to collect our things to bring up. I didn’t feel any pressure to hurry. This mad a big positive impression. I always feel in a rush or being under some clock by valet. This was the first time I really got to relax the moment I arrived. In the morning get the southern breakfast it was filling and delicious. I do wish the food options were better. Where’s the classic like shrimp and grits with out a twist. This is Nola but like I said flawless experience at FS NOLA truly. Brigette at the Spa needs to be booked and busy! When I tell you that was the best 50 minutes EVER!!!! The staff was extremely nice and the food options were great!
