Pool was very nice! Outside the hotel is beautiful. Bee issues in the wood outside rooms, but they left us alone. Overall was very clean and the room smelled nice.

The property was recently remodeled, updating carpet and common areas to a much nicer less vintage feel. Bedding was nice, but there was only a single comfy chair in a king room, the door didn’t shut reliably, and there was something wrong with the menu function with the TV.
What was really a disappointment was their change from a continental breakfast to a discount at the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong, this restaurant has always been very good, but the value for money has changed a lot when you add the cost of a restaurant meal for two.
There is nothing you can walk to as an alternative either, although Anderson proper is only one exit down.

The property was nice, the room clean. No phone in room, bathroom light only on when fan is on and poor lighting. No elevator and I was on 2nd floor, am 80 years old had to take my luggage upstairs. I personally will not stay again.

Nice, peaceful & fun! Rooms are big & luxurious. Grounds are landscaped beautifully. Sitting areas outside including fire pit. Swimming pool & hot tub. I used this location as a base for day trips to Lassen, Shasta & Alturas.

The lady that checked us in was pleasant to everyone in front of me, that's rare these days. She listened, addressed and was very clear with the instructions for breakfast and where to go to your room. We checked in 8/10 around 4pm if her bosses read this, she is an asset!
Dinner was amazing!! We shared the burger and the short ribs, bomb 💣, seriously! The beds are a little older but comfortable and the pillows are ok, bring your own if you are picky. Over all, I love it there AND if you get a chance you can go to living water spa that is, on site and have Makalya (spelling?) give you a massage, she is magical!
