Love it all. Small thingscould be improved, in the laundry area on floor 6 there is no where to sit so either u leave your clothes and come back which I did and someone took my lululemon bag that I used for my laundry or u sit on a hard table. Other than that it was great. We will be back.

I had to make a last minute switch in my accommodations (literally within a 30min. window of time). And they were able to accommodate me. Service upon check in to check out was wonderful. They understood I was not there for vacation and accommodated my needs as such. Property staff was extremely helpful from the concierge, to parking attendant, to food delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed.

There was a convention, so the property was loud. However, despite there being 1700 rooms (I was told when I asked) and something like 700 guests, I did not realize that half the restaurants were not going to be open. So I ended up having to drive off site multiple times for food. Their quick service is not like Disney, where there just isn't a sitting area or water stations. You supposedly get two water bottles per day, however I didn't find that until I was sent an advertisement after the trip was finished. I paid nearly $40 a day to park, which I understand was supposed to include internet and the two water bottles. But again, this may or may not be true, as I called the desk and was told that internet was an additional $14 extra per day for hotel guests. So, not as much offered for what you get on a Disney deluxe property. I can say I went in blindly, not realizing this. The biggest turn off was when the eight year old I travelled with fell on the children's water/pool area's cement steps, and I took him to the emergency room for staples, it was not even that evening by the time corporate claims in Texas was calling. No one from the actual hotel property itself ever checked in, not that I would expect them to. But claims was in a terrible rush to review the footage and cover themselves, despite being a children's area whether a child missed a step or not, hitting cement feels the same no matter where it's hit. Just seems in poor taste to have legal jump so quickly on it

Everything was good except for the rooms, the bathroom was disgusting and they didn’t change the sheets for the beds before we arrived to the room.

It’s the second time we chose this hotel. Excellent resort. Upon arrival we got our room quite fast, when we found out there were no bathtub the kids want , the staff on the phone switched another room for us right away. The hotel has a water park on site. We don’t need to get out of the report. We also explored the conference area. The facility has 2 pianos , old but still playable. For family with kids, the resort is the go to for our family during weekends.
