They never clean up the room, any day of my stay, even after asked specifically day after day Very poor customer service, very poor house keeping Not recommended at all, please do not stay in this hotel

Front desk was wonderful, explained everything to me, I asked about water in the room, she gave me a few complementary bottles. Rooms are quiet, comfortable. I would stay here again.

I liked this hotel but i didn't realize it wasnt in Chicago when i was looking to stay in Chicago but Expedia was misleading as it gave me this hotel as a place to stay in Chicago

Great service

So the shower was a walk in with a handicap shower chair no shower curtain. I called immediately and was told to move the chair and that’s how their showers are. Check out is 11 and 10:15 housekeeping knocked and told them we were still in the room they proceeded to still open the door and walk in. I called today and was told their showers have glass doors. I would like a call back

Breakfast was great. Voices were loud ar 505 am in the hallway.

Check our granddaughter’s for the night to go swimming. Enjoy the pool in the room was very clean and spacious would definitely come back again. Breakfast white selection is very good.

Main reason for the bad rating is that the front staff are terrible at their job. I had booked my stay from Feb 19th to 22nd 2025 through Expedia. My flight was delayed coz of a snow storm and I called the reception to inform I will land only the next day. The guy who attended the call was quite blunt and kept repeating that he couldn’t find my reservation and that I should contact the booking agency (Expedia). When I landed the next day, the lady at the reception repeated the same thing. I told her that I have an iternary number and after giving her that, she said that somebody else has checked in under my name. Meaning, the receptionist from the previous day had checked in another guest under my name mistakenly. Ufff, I have never heard of such crap but atleast kudos to her for finding it out. I had come for a medical procedure and just wanted to rest without any drama. They gave me a room and within 10 mins someone enters randomly. It was the cleaning lady and I guess she had not been made aware that a guest had checked in. She apologized profusely though. I was dressed so it’s fine but what if i was changing, somebody walking in would have been so embarrassing. Other cons are that Bathroom sink was very small that and water kept spilling outside constantly. The lotion bottle was empty and not filled. The only pros are that the room and bathroom were clean, nothing else.

It wasn’t the cleanest Hampton I’ve been at. The mattress was very hard compared to other stays. All in all it was a fine stay for a quick overnight.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy and quick check in. Good breakfast and nice pool for the kids.

Absolutely loved this hotel the pool was amazing, I loved the area and it was in! I felt safe and secluded and the movie theater was right across the street! Shopping was very easy to get to as well!!

The hotel was very clean and updated. The room was nice. The only issue we had was that the hotel occupancy was not full and we requested a late check out and was told NO. Other than that very nice hotel.

The room was great. The disappointment was the breakfast. Stale muffins. Orange juice that appeared to be watered down, and fruit that had seen better days. You can do better.

My family reserved rooms. I was the second one there. I ask the lady that checked us in if i could get a room close to my daughter. She was so helpful.. not only did she help me. She also helped 3 others that checked in. The property was very clean. On the inside and outside.

My stay was good beside the pillows was flat and the bed was really hard. I barely got sleep because of the bed was so hard and the pillows was flat. Everything else like the room was clean front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
