Cleanliness was poor with stains on towels and long hairs all over the bathroom. The staff did not seem interested at all, as if they didn’t want to be there. Often queues at reception while no staff member was present.

Bathroom tub had dent at bottom, wher water was always retained. Dues to the bad shape of tub and water the tub was very slippery. My wife fell in the tub while showering, hurting her elbow. Didn't expect such basic level problems.

Booked thru expedia and then changed thendate. The hotel could not get thenreservation to go thru to the new date via expedias card. The night clerk did not know her hotel code . We were given a number that was discontinued . The night clerk was visibly unhappy and annoyed as she also had to try to anser other calls coming in. She was by herself and could have used help. Front desk understaffed.

It was clean , the bed seem a bit lumpy , but over all not too bad and it was close to the mall.

We booked this property because it advertised a shuttle to the cruise terminal. What it did not state was that it only serviced the New Jersey cruise terminal not Brooklyn which is where our cruise left from.

No hot water the whole duration of stay. So cold showers only. No toilet roll replenishment providing following several requests! Poor hygiene and basic amenity provision

Could not get in touch with anyone to get a shuttle from the airport. Then my last day I had absolutely no hot water, they sent maintenance to fix it but it was still not hot water.

my stay was very pleasant the staff was very good an nice, the area is quiet and peaceful.

Nice hotel for a night before/between flights.

This is my second time coming to this hotel & my son & I absolutely enjoy. Very accommodating.

I am upset to report that at no time during our stay but for a short time in the late afternoon, during our 2 night stay, did we have hot water. We were offered another room, but maintenance said it was a hotel wide issue. We heard the same from another guest. And to call the front desk, I had to use my personal cell phone as the room phone did not work. I was offered $40 compensation or 5000 Hilton points, which I declined as I paid far more that that and 2 of the 3 of us were unable to shower. A full night refund is in order here as that’s what I book a room for….a place to sleep and shower. Worst part was that there was no manager on site for me to work this out with before I left and now that they have my money and I’m gone, I doubt this will be properly rectified. They know this is an issue yet don’t tell people prior to booking. False advertising if you ask me
