Came in late. Went to our room had a stench of mildew. It was dark and not good lighting. When took shoes off the floor was sticky like nicotine or something all over…walked to the side of the bed and it was soaked from ac condensation (halfway across the room). I told the front desk and they said….I know we have had lots of complaints abt this. That was it. No options. After further looking there was mildew/dust in the corners of the room. Where the vacuum couldn’t reach.

I book frequently at this location since I bring my children along I make sure to have a pool amenity for them so to break up the business portion of my trip.
This time the pool was under maintenance and therefore not usable. Had I known I would have went to another property.
