Amazing hotel. Got the corner executive suite. Valet is safe, pricey but quick and worth it. Your vehicle will be safe. Hotel is impeccable, staff is super friendly and upscale. Loved our suite and entire stay. Breakfast was great too!

We felt very welcomed and safe. The front desk shared ideas for where to go around the property. Vallet parking charged the car while we stayed. The pool area was really nice!

Awesome stay and great area!

The individual working the front desk on Monday June 2nd was great! Very friendly and helpful. Remember our names, and checked in with us about our dinner plans. Very helpful! The breakfast here was also incredible! And the roof top sitting area and the work out room were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This hotel is centrally located in Downtown Portland and offers a secure off-site valet parking option (inside a building). Although the parking option is expensive ($48 as of this review), my car was full of valuable items and so having it secure was worth it. I did not need to access my car for the two nights I stayed as everything I wanted (great food, beautiful scenery and good shopping opportunities) was in walking distance. Staff were very polite and one very kind reception staff member (Dan) actually remembered my name! I was very impressed with that. :) My room was reasonably quiet and the bed comfortable. My only "complaint" would be the coffee offered in the lobby. They really should offer something a little more premium to match the high quality facility. Everyone seemed to enjoy breakfast (looked pretty basic and high in carbs), but I went out both mornings as I craved Eggs Benedict (the best I had was at Jake's Grill located about 6 blocks away). Highly recommend!
