The elevator is broken, the ice machine is broken, the washer/dryers are also broken. The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. It didn’t have toilet paper. The phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk.

The first flooe was flooded, mold in the bathtub, mildew throughout the hotel, elevator was not in service, rusted nasty waffle iron, Manage would not call is fix anything! no rooms available to change rooms. Several customers leaving, they overbooked. I feel I should be reimbursed as a paying customer and loyala to hilton hampton for over 15 years! DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were not told the pool was under reconstruction. This was important to us as we have our grandchildren with us. The AC in the room did not work. The elevator was broken and we had to carry everything upstairs. We’re older…. In general the entire facility was run down. We left and went to another hotel.

Staff assigned me a room and when I went to the room and opened the door someone was already inside. Staff did not have the room I booked and the rooms they offered had no air conditioning. Staff are incompetent and your better off staying anywhere else.

The property is very dated. The pool was dirty and disgusting not available to guest, the hot tub did not work at all. The elevator was broken. They placed me in the very back of the hotel, when I pulled around to park there were some shady characters in the parking lot. Scary for a single senior traveling alone. If you want your room cleaned you have to request it. The only thing I would rate above average was some of the housekeeping staff. They were very accommodating.

Or room was dirty. the microwave and fridge were not plugged in.... we had to move furniture to get it plugged in. the shower did not drain, it was clogged up. the AC did not work right, my husband had to clean the filter just to try and keep it on. IT WAS THE WORST HAMPTON INN WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT.

I already submitted a review about this absolutely disgusting hotel!! It was submitted on July 19, 2025. This hotel was so bad and so poorly run that I was completely unable to check in!! The front desk said the computer system was down and unable to check in patrons that had used third party systems (ie hotels.com, Expedia etc). The lobby stunk, the elevator was inoperative and the pool was not functioning! The man at the front desk could not check us in as well as other patrons. It was 1720 local time and we were told to come back later. We returned at 2020 to check in and the room was not available! There was no estimated time the room would be ready! Other patrons were also waiting on rooms. They were understaffed and unable to clean the rooms! It was so bad that the front desk clerk had to leave the front desk to clean each room per patron after they were able to check them in. Check in was at 1600. This room should have been ready then. It still was unavailable at 2020 local time!! How long do I have to wait for a room that should have already been available!! I am demanding a FULL REFUND for the debacle of a hotel!! I was physically unable to check in due to no rooms being clean! I am not waiting uniting midnight to get a room!! Would you?! Your staff needs to remove this hotel!! Read the reviews!! It’s an abomination!! You told me you checked with the hotel and they would not give a refund! Maybe the BBB CAN HELP! You make the customer whole! Then go after the hotel!!

The housekeeping staff apparently quit the day of our check-in. The front desk staff was completely frazzled and said we should cancel our stay. It was 10:30pm! They finally found us a 1/2 cleaned room. The elevator was broken and the hotel very either broken or dirty. It was gross!
