We thought the place was clean, other than trash overflowing from every receptacle. What we did not like was being charged for parking; we were not told about the parking rate when we checked it. So it was a surprise to us when we had to pay $10 the next day in Concord, CA. Great place! Will stay here again. Staff friendly, breakfast good, room clean and comfortable. Could have better shower head, but other than that no complaints.

Convenient location - right off the freeway ramps! Quiet, Safe, and Secure - along with hot breakfast & spacious, immaculately clean rooms. What more can you ask for?!

My only concern was that there was homeless people and hoodlums near the entrance of the hotel. I felt a little unsafe as I was exiting my car and entering the hotel.

Expedia was awful. No way to contact them, no way to get help. They broke a promise and failed to reserve one night I booked back in February. I was still able to get a room, outside of Expedia but a 2 night stay arranged with the night manager was complicated by the day manager who wanted us to check out and then recheck in. Horrible experience with Expedia failing to reserve the first night led to this. Otherwise, stay was okay. I am done with Expedia.

Despite booking this reservation in February, Hampton Inn DID NOT HAVE THE RESERVATION FOR NIGHT OF APRIL 16, 2025!!! There was no reservation in the system! I had to pay for the room myself! Expedia really let me down! Great hotel but despite receipting me, Expedia FAILED to make the reservation!

Kept experiencing a lot of noise from the guests above me during my stay from March 20th-22nd. Called front desk during my stay and they did attempt to inform the guests of the noise complaint multiple times, but of course people aren’t courteous at all and proceeded to make even more noise once hotel staff left. I appreciated their attempts though. Aside from that it was an entirely great stay. Near freeway, food options not too far away, good continental breakfast in the morning and fitness room was amazing. Shower pressure immaculate. Will stay here again when in town. Thanks !!

overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which really made our stay enjoyable. That said, the location is something to be aware of. The hotel sits on a busy triangular corner, so there’s quite a bit of traffic, and at times, you can hear cars with loud sound systems passing by, especially at night and during the day. Additionally, while the hotel property is secure, there were many homeless individuals gathered near the gas station/mini-mart next door and just outside the hotel’s fenced area. It didn’t directly affect our stay, but it’s worth noting for those concerned about the surrounding area. Despite this, we felt safe inside the hotel and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the area and don’t mind a bit of city noise and activity outside, this Hampton Inn is a solid choice.

This is my go to hotel when I stay in Concord. Overall hotel and rooms are clean, staff is amazing and helpful. What I love the most is the EV chargers provided by the property.
