Hampton Inn Council Bluffs

Bed and room was great - wish I had brought my own pillow. The provided ones aren’t great! Also wish vegan options for breakfast would be an option for food allergies- almond milk for example - bacon everyday - close to all the things we had planned - lobby smelled amazing

I booked Hampton Inn because previous stays have always been stress free and pleasent. They have a shuttle service that took us to Stir-cove for a concert that evening. We called them later after the concert and were picked up 5 min later. The The hotel is clean, the room was nice and quiet and clean. We plan on booking again for future visits.

This hotel was perfect for our Omaha Zoo trip! Not only was it perfectly comfortable and offered luxury at a reasonable price. The breakfast was easy, filling, and quick. The drive from the hotel to the zoo was about 10mins and easy to navigate!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Easy walking ( inside & outside)that connected both hotels, to casino & food. We have oversized vehicle, parking lot had plenty of space for oversized parking. Parking lot security.

The hotel is in need of a refresh, It had become somewhat run since our last stay a year ago..not quite up the quality of most Hampton Inn it’s still nice and our room was clean but it doesn’t have that Hampton Inn quality any longer getting to be more Comfort Inn quality. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had, the hock puck eggs were so dry you had to have a knife to cut them, sausage was only a few pieces in the warmer and it was dry and stuck to the bottom of the warmer, pancakes were the same and even after syrup you had to saw to cut them. This was not the breakfast we have come to expect from Hampton Inn, this was Motel 6 or less quality. If you do t want to provide breakfast then don’t but don’t offer something f so awful to people who have paid a little more to stay at your property because you have always provided quality service .. sad to see it be allowed to be run this way…I think my next stay will be Holiday Inn right next door

Overall stay was good. Friendly staff. Facility overall could use some upgrades.

Bed was very uncomfortable. If you like a super firm bed then this is your place. It felt like i was sleeping in a concrete slab. My back hurt so bad the next morning. Other than that everything was great! Clean, great staff, great breakfast.

I arrived very late and was very pleasantly greeted by the desk clerk. I was checked in and when I asked if there was a bathtub, she had me check the room. I really need to soak these old broken bones so that I could sleep. She immediately offered me another room and told me if it wasn't satisfactory to just let her know. It was well after midnight and I hadn't eaten since noon at the layover and she had no problem allowing me access to the snack area so that I could get something to eat and drink. Fast check out, pleasant workers, clean rooms. I would stay again. The only issue I had is that you can't close the blackout curtains all the way since the airconditioner is there. The sun was shining in the room by about 5:30 am and after getting to sleep about 2 am my time.......I wasn't ready for it!

Our little get away was amazing there! I had my 2 & 4 year old there and my 2 year old is always making messes with food still and the cleaning ladies were absolutely wonderful coming to vacuum for us, our room was always tidy when we came back from doing stuff around town, we did get like a negative feel from the older breakfast lady but other than that it was great! We hope to come back!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king. The sink by the fridge would not drain. The person at the front desk said they would bring a roll away bed to our room and we had to get it ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. It was close to the Mid-America Center (where our dance competition was) and easily accessible from interstate. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable and in good condition. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options available. Parking is free on site. We were very happy with our stay!
