Hotel was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast area is definitely too small for the amount of people staying. Not enough room to move around to get food and definitely not enough seating for people to eat.

Gas station ⛽️ next to the hotel. Targets store across the street.

This is a nice hotel and in a nice area and I loved that it was a lot of kids in the pool area so my kids had someone to play with breakfast was good but packed all the time but in all it was nice and safe

We usually like Hamptons but this one wasn’t nearly as nice as others. A lot of dings and dents and odd smells. And the room’s bathroom sink faucet was short and low water pressure so it was hard to use. But nice people, comfortable bed, clean, good temperature in the room.

We found a sock. From the previous people who stayed in the room. Wondered if the floor had been vacuumed though the bath and bed looked clean.

Hot tub was out of order, back door was broken so anyone could walk in the hotel. Breakfast wasn't cooked all the way.

It was open, it was available, it was clean, it had a hot tub!!

There were a lot of people in the dinning area doing makeup and combing their hair, and no place were to eat

Hotel is next to a vary busy carwash. If your an early to bed before 10pm dont plan on sleeping well. Also, what ever dirt the carwash washes off the cars, travels and settles on cars parked in hotel parking lot. Bed is semi comfortable. Pillows are nice and the weight of the blankets are great but the mattress is a little lumpy. Will not stay here again.

No drinking water.

Checked in and the lady at the desk was super friendly. Went up to the room and looked around and the room and bathroom was incredibly clean. I went over to set the ac before leaving. When me and my family came back later that evening it was 87 degrees in the room and the heat was running. So I went back to the thermostat and checked to see if I mistakenly set it to heat. It was not. It was set to cool and turned down to 50 degrees. So I called down to the front desk and explained then the situation. She told me that another family was complaining about the same thing and offered them another room but unfortunately there were no more and that maintenance was not there on the weekends. She then told me to unplug it and plug it back in. That didn’t work. She then told me that she would leave a note for the manager( whom does not work on the weekends) and I would just follow up with her about a discount. So needless to say me and my family did not sleep that night because it was so hot. I called Monday morning and she told me there was nothing that the only thing that she could do is offer a discount for the same hotel and location of which I will never have any reason to stay at again. The manager was absolutely rude and acted like she didn’t even believe me. I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemies.

I booked through Expedia, connecting rooms were advertised. I called the hotel to inquire, I was told it would be noted. The check in staff was very unpleasant when we asked about it.

Clean, works for what I needed it for. Will be staying again when I am back on work trips.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable with ingenious little things which bring a smile. Our room has barn door which is the closet door and also the bathroom door. Slides back and forth depending on your need. 😊

Nice Hotel. We will stay again when we visit Grand Rapids/Wyoming.
