Enjoyed our stay for the Metallica concert! Easy walk to BoA stadium. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful! Everything was clean. Parking was easy. Great spot to get a lot of places. Thanks!

It was a great hotel to stay out for a couple days. The Staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that there were dining options around the banking district area and I felt safe the whole time I was there.

Nice property. They are good walking distance from a lot of things. I would def make sure you go to a store to stock up on snacks/drinks because no convenience stores are open late night

Nice location, clean, and staff. Had an issue with my A/C unit leaking and the carpet in the room was soaked and the room had a slight stench from the moisture. When I reported it they just said they'll put a fan in the room. I was hoping they'd offer to move me to another room due to the conditions but that wasn't an option. Additionally the fan was really loud to sleep with. Also wish the lobby store had more options...even just cold water. Only had a few sodas and snacks available.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was extremely comfortable. Parking was easy, but expensive. The one night that I wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant, they didn't have 2 out of 2 things I wanted on the menu. The server seemed very uninterested and never smiled. The staff at the front desk was always friendly and welcomed me in each time I walked through the door. Definitely a great place to stay, but skip dining in.

The front office people were amazing, all of them but one. That one yold me if I had any questions avout my reservation to refer to myself as the bar fly. I never went to the bar. Kind of distespectful when I am a nice person to just about everyone. The others went above and beyond to be nice to us!

Checked in only had 1 of my 2 rooms on file. I had to wait for 25 Minutes until a Manager was available only to learn that the 2nd room was under my other guest name which the attendant should have checked. Then no apology but did inform me that Parking was $35 per day on top of a $200 deposit $100 for each room. I was so unhappy.
