The employees were extremely friendly! I’ve work in retail/customer service, so I always pay attention to how others talk/treat me and my family when traveling. Every person I came into contact that worked here, was respectful/polite/nice! Our room was on the second floor near the elevator. We had silence the whole entire night we were here! There was security/a guy monitoring the front door at night which made us feel safe! Although I didn’t feel as though it were an unsafe area! I’m guessing it’s due to non registered guests coming in after hours? Which is completely understandable! I would definitely book a room again at this hotel if we stay in the area again!

Bar closed earlier than hours stated so I was unable to have that experience. The room had broken doors, fridge did not work properly and housekeeping was not great (meaning one day they didn’t finish cleaning the room and left the garbage and their cleaning towels). I definitely felt like I overpaid for a room and stay.
