Quiet and had great views of the mountains from our room!

Our rooms were great and so was the location. We had no issues except the entire fourth floor smelled like weed that evening. No other complaints; it was a good stay.

Wanted to enjoy on Friday afternoon, relaxing by the pool. It was like a neighborhood block party. People who didn’t even stay there was at the pool. Large speakers brought in, music extremely loud. Big glass containers with drinks, as well as food. Pool was more than likely over capacity. All of that was a violation of pool rules. Complained to the manager, he refused to do anything. I was not the only one who had complained. Others would like to have enjoyed their vacation by the pool, with out the block party.

Was very convenient and clean property.

The room was awesome and very spacious. The fireplace was cozy and the view from the deck was nice. The only thing I could say anything negative about was the bed. It wasnt very supportive and just felt cheap compared to everything else the room provided at such a high level. The staff was awesome and the location was convenient.

I wish we were told that a family reunion was happening that took over the outdoor pool and the hotel for that matter. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the outdoor pool… by the time my kids were able to go in the outdoor pool with the slide they stayed in 10 minutes before they closed it due to pending storms… then around 9 pm there was loud music playing for a few hours we could hear in our room… this was a waste of money and time I could have stayed home 15 minutes away

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Barbara at the bar and diner was such fun and good company. Her chef skills are excellent! She made us feel welcomed and started our vacation off with happiness! The pool area was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed an evening by the fire pit outside on our last night. The only negative we have is that the beds were too firm.

Everything about our honeymoon was amazing except the view. When we checked in we were told “oh and you have a front facing view!” No one needs to be told they have a front facing view in an exciting tone. Very disappointing!

Our stay was very nice! Hotel keys stopped working, but front desk took care of it promply!

Great property & location. Room was very large and I loved the balcony. Bed was too hard & pillows too soft. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt very welcomed from the minute we checked in until we left. Definitely will stay again!!

Clean and comfortable room

For the cost of the rooms I expect cleaning service with fresh sheets and towels daily (without having to ask for it). We checked out a day early because the beds were uncomfortable (squeaky with springs popping) causing us to wake up with backaches each morning. Losing the money because the stay was paid in full prior to the trip. A continental breakfast should be offered like other hotels such as the Holiday Inn Express we stayed in prior to our stay here. A breakfast upgrade at their attached restaurant could be optional. We chose to leave and eat at local establishments since we had to pay either way. As far as cleanliness, it was very clean. Both pools were clean and well maintained. The ice machine was broke on our floor, so we had to go down to another floor to get ice. Not sure about staff friendliness. Only interaction with staff was during check in and check out. They were both nice, but just kind of going through the motions.
