Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg

Didnt get to check out the food options because I cooked my own food, but the bed comfort was amazing. The stay was great, this was my second time visiting and will continue to do so within the future. Keep up the great work!

All was fine except moldy shower curtain and could use renovation for cleaner more modern feel.

Overall excellent. Consider getting smart tvs for Netflix etc.

This is a sprawling property with split townhouses that need updating. The restaurant was unavailable as I was told they are having problems keeping staff. Staff are not regularly available to help with any questions. I was very surprised by past positive reviews. This property needs a lot of work.

This was the best vacation we have had since pre-covid. My wife is quite particular so she called the day before our arrival and spoke with guest services to stress the need for CLEAN accomodations. When we checked in the informed us that our room was cleaned by 2 teams. My wife was in awe at how great of a job they did. The cleaning manager even stopped by when we were unpacking to see if it was to our satisfaction. The room wasn't just clean it was immaculate. No dust on light shades, no crumbs under the stove, carpets vacuumed thoroughly. On top of that, the resort has 4 pools (toddlers, kids, mixed, adults). It was nice to have multiple options in the heat. Another major convenience was the full and well-stocked kitchen . We didn't have to leave the grounds and we brought groceries with us. It was a terrific trip and my wife has already started checking dates to book again.

The check in staff was Curt. There was an additional charge not mentioned at time of booking. The room was out dated, deck not swept and carpeting needed vacuuming. Entry way needing painting. Please provide a pleasant smile and appear as if you enjoy working at a facility you are proud of.

Beautiful property. Expansive pool. Easy commute to local attractions. Our main complaint is there was mold in our bathroom all over the shower curtain. The main light in the master bedroom flashed like a strobe light. When you check in, they try to get you to attend a class for Hilton Vacation Club to “save money” on your trip. The check in process takes a while.

This place is beautiful with so many amenities!. Everything was clean and the staff really took good care of us and the property. I liked how the indoor pool and rec area didnt require key access to get in because my family wasnt staying with me but wanted to get in the hot tub, making easy for me to rest.

I would love to come back anytime this my place right here

This was our first time at Historic Powhatan, we have stayed at several other places in Williamsburg and this was our favorite! The grounds were beautiful and the 3 pools made great options for all ages. The only complaint we had was the AC couldn’t keep up, we couldn’t get it below 72 inside. Overall wonderful 5 day stay!

Amazing property

Great place to stay. Very helpful and very clean property.

The pools are amazing here. With an adult, swim lane and children’s pool and two hot tubs, they were quite warm, but still refreshing and dead empty most mornings (afternoons were busy). Plenty of resort activities and games/events too! We didn’t use the mini golf course, but it looked to be in great shape. Close to everything as well - only about 20 minutes to Busch Gardens, right around the corner from Colonial WBurg, and close to restaurants & groceries. The property itself is starting to show its age in certain things (although ours appeared to be a renovated unit) - a light switch here and there not working quite right, doors sticking/creaking, smoke alarm going off because of the humidity, etc.) Overall, will definitely consider staying here again - in better condition than Vacation Village (another timeshare nearby). Not sure how it compares to the Marriot Vacation Club property nearby, but probably comparable. Only wish I could’ve gotten my HHonors points booking through Hotels.com…

Wonderful property! Our condo was super spacious and very clean. The resort offers excellent amenities. The pools are clean and well maintained. The property offers excellent walking trails. I highly recommend.

They gave me an completary upgrade. Let me tell you something it was NICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Back patio had a nice view with a pond that had little ducks quacking around. Great get away. Definitely coming back.

Wonderful space, all the amenities, great for families.

The rooms and interior were nice and spacious. The manor house was great to view. Wish staff would have provided more info about the activities scheduled throughout the week. A letdown that the Coffeehouse onsite was closed the two days we were there.
