Holiday Inn & Suites DULUTH-DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Pools were nice. Lamp was dusty. Staff were very helpful! Loved the sleep time tea in the room

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I actually loved how they had Dove hand soap, lotion, bodywash, lotion and shampoo. The lighting was bright enough in the bathroom to do a full beat, and we had a nice view of the city. The bed was amazing! My biggest gripe was a sign by the thermostat to keep the temperature between 66 and 74. It was 32 degrees out when we checked in and 74 was not warm enough for me! Additionally, out car was broken into during our stay. That could of very well happened anywhere downtown. Also, no free breakfast or microwave in the room (had one in lobby along with other snacks and frozen entrées. Overall i'd stay here again!

The hotel was pretty good. The only thing is the chlorine smell was pretty strong, even walking down the hallways. Also, we ate at LYRIC and it wasn't very good. Kind of disappointing because I had heard that it was really good.

Emma was very helpful during check in. Heidi and her whole crew was exceptionally outgoing when we asked for tips on what to do. Pattinson house was intriguing and beautiful. The north shore was amazing (so was the pie😁).

Unique places to eat, shop, easy walking. Service in the hotel and hotel restaurant was top notch. Some of the best we have had!

Let me start by saying the staff were wonderful. To find the lobby in the first place was a pain in the a$$.

Great place to stay for a concert at the Decc! A bit outdated of rooms, but overall great!

In town for a concert at the AMSOIL arena, very convenient to stay here and use the skywalk.

Staff was awesome and so friendly/helpful!

Loved the access to the skywalk to walk to DECC and canal park, however within the skywalk it was terribly unsafe even with security present. Same for outside the hotel -- the number of homeless people that were panhandling and making drug deals was awful. Also, only 1 ice machine working for a hotel of that size was super disappointing. Staff was fantastic as was the hotel restaurant, Lyric! Sure hope Duluth does something to clean up their once beautiful downtown to make it safer for tourists.

It was nice that the hotel was connected to the skywalk to get to places and not have to walk outside in the cold. There were places to eat within walking distance, and close to canal park.

Check in and out was easy and staff were wonderful. The room was great. There was no microwave in the room, which was the main thing I'd like to see different.

I traveled alone the place was well lit even the parking ramp and they had extra steps for safety using the elevators. It was very very cold on the days i stayed and my car wouldnt start but the security on duty that day went well out of his way to help me, he was very nice and helpful.
