Everyone at this location was super friendly and the hotel was immaculate! The hotel smelled fresh and the breakfast was great. Chrisitie at the front desk was very very kind and we enjoyed visiting with her during our stay. She was professional and friendly at the same time. Would definitely stay at this location if we’re ever in that area. Thank you to all the staff. You all run a wonderful, safe and clean hotel. It makes a difference and it was noticed and appreciated! God bless y’all!

We had to have a handicap room for our parents. It had lots of room for the scooter & electric wheelchair to maneuver in the room. The bathroom worked great for the electric wheelchair. The room was close to the exit door which was heat for taking their service dog out & in case of an emergency. The staff was wonderful at helping our parents if they didn’t happen to see one of us. And of course breakfast is always fabulous.

Nice hotel. Crestview has a lot of nice restaurants ideal for overnight stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

While the outside looked appealing, the inside left far too much to be desired. Our stay was for 3 nights. Our A/C took forever to cool off the room. Our bathroom had no fan making it hot and muggy causing mold to appear on the roof. Breakfast was ok. Very typical options but good. Updates are needed on the property as it is a bit outdated.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom had bugs on the floor and sink drain fell apart. We could hear people talking very early in the morning outside of our room. Definitely was upgraded from other holiday inns we have been in, but don’t see us ever returning.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire property was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the area was peaceful and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast and the convenience of free parking. I will absolutely be staying here again!
