Great alternative hotel. Great rates and transportation was easy with Uber. Breakfast included.

Great location to stay with a number of shopping and dining spots

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant.

The only problem i had? The AC in the elevator and hallways need to be cooled.

I did like that my room was serviced everyday. I stayed four nights and the service and breakfast was really nice. Only thing there was a stale smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor each day.

It was a good location and friendly staff

I loved my stay at this property. Check-in was easy and the room was spacious and clean . The AC unit however was very cold and somehow I couldn't turn it up to get the room warmer. The room had a microwave and small fridge which were so convenient. My husband and will be staying here again. Also the chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were excellent

Was told room was not available because there was a leak from the air conditioner and said they were completely booked..I was sent to Sheraton suites with a paper from them saying they would be expecting me. When i got to sheraton they knew nothing about it and i had to pay again to stay the night. I would like my money back

Great hotel, excellent value for the money, great breakfast and service

I had booked two rooms. One of them was fine with the king bed. The other one with the double bed wasn’t good. First thing you noticed when you walked in was the scent smelled like mold or something was wet. The next thing was the upkeep with the maintenance. Paint missing from certain areas and plaster job was done horrible, door hinges look like they was tampered with.

Checking in was very poor. It almost felt like an inconvenience for the agent at the desk. Housekeeping was truly horrible! They never swept, vacuumed or cleaned, never cleaned our bath tub and worst of all, our sheets were not changed for the full week we were there. The sheets were dirty and my skin constantly itched. They would leave trash all over our room. One night we got in and thought a squirrel perhaps had disturbed our room. Why? We saw sauce packets on the ground from a meal we had the night before. We had wrapped all the trash in something and placed it near the closet. Looks like they took up the wrapper, the packets fell out along with crumbs, and they simply left the trash right there on the closet floor. One day we came back and there was an open coke can, with liquid, all wet and sweaty in a pool of water on a small table in the living area, and get this, beside our stuff. We never brought one into the room so we presume the housekeeper left it there. We simply moved our stuff aside and left the can. It was still there 5 days later when we checked out. Every day was a different housekeeper. On the first day we requested to have the same one more consistently and even though they told us yes, we still got a different one every day. Not even as much as a pen, note pad or do not disturb sign. Our iron did not work and though we requested one over the phone, it did not come and we had to change our outfit and the following day we went to the desk for one.

Old rooms with funny smells

There were no towels in the bathroom upon check in... and when we got them to our room there was no place to hang them. Seems like an incomplete bathroom remodel..

Showed up and wrong room was given and not fixed. Also never given clean linens or towels

The hotel is a good place to stay if you are on a quick business trip. There is nothing extraordinary about the property. It was a safe and comfortable stay. What I did not like, was the requirement to pay for parking. Definitely a turn off. I already paid to be on your property, now I have to pay additional fee to park on the property too. Where else do you expect guest to park? Unnecessary fees.
