I love this Holiday inn!! Its the 2nd time I've stayed in the last couple months. The staff is always pleasant and they always allow me to check in early. It a very convenient location

This was my 3rd year at this property and we loved it. Location is amazing! Especially love the park behind the hotel. Has some hidden gems way in the back!! I highly suggest walking the park and take some fishing lines too!

Overall, this was a good experience but not sure if we would stay again. Front desk was very nice! Cleaning staff… Rude, None of them ever spoke a word unless you spoke to them first, and even then, it was like it was killing them to be friendly. They start cleaning rooms very early, which is understandable, however they were extremely loud… Slamming doors, banging stuff around, playing music on portable speakers… ZERO consideration for guests!!

I thought the price was very reasonable for a resort area in the middle of summer.
The breakfast selection and personnel were very good.
The control for the window shade did not work well. The shade was down for our entire stay. The front desk personnel were informed of this.
Soundproofing between rooms could be much better. We could plainly hear a conversation from the people next door to us.

Location is great, steps from Northside park and the beach. 20 min drive down to the OC boardwalk and 40 minute drive north to Rehoboth.
Breakfast was great, room service was poor. Room service didn't leave us any towels and the bathroom was left as is (garbage was not emptied, floor was not swept). We got the towels after request from the front desk.
Overall an okay experience.
