You have ice buckets in the rooms, but there are no ice machines on property .

Worst room that I’ve ever had to pay for!

The bed broke from my son just sitting on it and I cut my finger trying to fix it. An offer for a discount or something would’ve been nice. The staff were all super nice though throughout the stay.

The property is being remodeled. We had a newly remodeled room, which was very nice, the lobby was underwhelming. We stayed on the second floor, there was no elevator, and no ice machine.

It met expectations for the brand. Staff was friendly. Several restaurants within walking distance but sidewalks a mess- not hotels fault of course

The man who was at the front desk was weird. When asked if he could help us make copies, he made a grand gesture and said, "I know nothing about technology!" He initially was less than helpful about local restaurants, then took us outside and pointed to where we should go. He was there a lot, but we stopped asking questions after a while. We did not get any cleaning twice because by the time we got back to our rooms after lunch, it was not done so we just got clean towels ourselves. It was a good price for a family at a funeral and the location was good for us. Air conditioner was way too noisy!
